@DFYNE dc ELIZABETH. How it feels to rush in the gym when you see someone get off the equipment you’ve been waiting ages for😭😭 #gymhumor #gymrelatable #gymrat #gymlife #zxycba
@DFYNE dc ELIZABETH. My glutes actually grew the most once I stopped doing 3 sets of 10-12 reps. I actually don’t think I count any reps these days and just train til there’s no reps in reserve (train til failure). If you can reach 12 reps, you need to increase the weight or change another factor of your exercise. Don’t miss out on glute gains! #GymTok #glutes #glutegrowth #fitnesstips #gymrat
@DFYNE: dc ELIZABETH. Was doing face pulls when the girl next to me (me) showed me how to correct my face pulls form to actually feel it in rear delts! This cue helps me a lot! I'm bad for using my scapula and I'm working on not doing that! Some days I get it and others I don't. Instead of pulling down, it's a pulling around your face type of movement! Wearing @DFYNE dc ELIZABETH. Tricep and shoulder workout for the girlies who want a simple dumbell workout for Pilates princess arms! Lift heavy and til failure as always!! No ‘toning’ going on here gals!!!! The exercises: around the worlds, lateral raises, upright row, shoulder press, tricep extension, reverse fly, tricep kickbacks! #shoulderworkout #fitnesstips #gymtok #gymrat #zxycba
@DFYNE C0de: ELIZABETH. If you want a sculpted and defined upper back, your face pulls should be isolating your rear delts. Like many, I don’t want big traps, so my face pulls reflect that. I don’t use my scapula in order to isolate the rear delts (no shoulder blades moving) so my rear delts can pop and help give my back thickness and definition!! Add rear delt focused face pulls to your back or shoulder workout! #facepulls #gymtok #fitnesstips #zxycba #gymrat
@DFYNE dc ‘ELIZABETH’. Single leg only (unilateral) glute exercises. Uneven glutes? Doing unilateral versions of glute exercises helps even out muscle imbalances, and strengthens each side individually! The glute exercises: b stance RDL, Bulgarian split squats, reverse deficit lunges and step ups! Make sure you have unilateral exercises in your glute workouts! You can dropset these too! #glutes #gymtok #fitnesstips #zxycba #gluteworkout
Deleted@DFYNE dc ‘ELIZABETH’. Dumbell only glute workout! If you are a shy gym girl, this Dumbell only glute workout works perfectly! Hip thrusts or single leg hip thrusts, hip abductions/clamshells, Bulgarian split squats and RDLs are all you need for an effective glute growth workout!!! Save this for those busy gym days, or for when you’re in a hotel and need a simple workout. #fitnesstips #glutes #gymtok #gymrat #glutegrowth

@DFYNE dc ELIZABETH. Face pulls for rear delts and not traps? Here's some quick fixes to make your face pulls actually work your rear delts and not grow your traps! Face pulls are my favourite way to train rear delts and get upper back detailing for that thickness and 3D look through the upper back! Add face pulls to your next shoulder and back workout! #gymtok #facepulls #backtraining #gymmotivation #fitnesstips
@DFYNE dc ‘ELIZABETH’. 4 exercises to help train your rear delts! Rear delts sit at the back of the shoulder joining the upper back - training rear delts helps give a 3D back and builds thickness and detail along the upper back. I train my rear delts through face pulls, rear delt fly on the cable machine or pec deck, reverse fly using dumbells! Don’t neglect your rear delts, and add one of these back exercises into your back workout/upper body workout. @DFYNE dc ELIZABETH. If your back workouts aren’t changing your back, you see no growth, and it’s not challenging anymore - here’s some common gym mistakes you’re probably making in the gym on back day. Most of the time, back workouts are only felt in biceps - there’s loads of reasons why this happens and how to fix it! Does your back workout actually change your back? Or are you pretending to feel it in your back? #backworkout #fitnesstips #gymrat #backtraining #gymmotivation
@DFYNE dc ‘ELIZABETH’. Rear delts and how to train - 3 methods. One - face pulls for rear delts (and traps) 2 - bilateral on the cable, both sides at once. 3 - pec deck/rear delt fly machine! All good options - rear delts help add detail in the upper back/back of the shoulders. Add to your back workout!! Deleted@DFYNE dc ‘ELIZABETH’. Hyperextensions train your erector spinae (muscles alongside spine) which help give that appearance of a deep sculpted back line! Most women think to train their lats for a beautiful back but your back workout should mainly consist of less lats, more rhomboids, rear delts and erectors if you want that thick, 3D look rather than a wide back! Hyperextensions can be done in 2 ways: hyperextensions for glutes and hyperextensions for back. Glutes = a rounded back, squeezing the glutes at the top. For back = straight back, no rounding. Should be activating the lower back! Do you have back extensions in your back or glute workouts? #gymrat #gymtok #backworkout #fitnesstips #upperbodyworkout
@DFYNE dc ‘ELIZABETH’. Gym girls know that motivation fades fast, but discipline is what keeps you in the gym. If you want to see results from the gym, you need to be consistent. If you can’t stick to your workout routine/gym split, you need to change it! Face pulls back workout gym motivation gym progress #gymtok #gymrat #facepulls #backworkout #gymmotivation
@DFYNE dc ‘ELIZABETH’. If your gym hasn’t got a glutes hip abduction machine- try these clamshells! You just need a plate. Pop it on your hip and hold a wall or other support to stay stable. Raise your leg slowly and feel the squeeze on the glutes similar to the hip abductor machine! Add these to your glute workout or if you are away from your gym and need a glute workout! #glutes #fitnesstips #gymtok #gymrat #gluteworkout

@DFYNE dc ELIZABETH 3 exercises for a deep back line/3 ways to train your erector spinae! Your deep back line comes when you develop your erectors (the muscles running alongside your spine) so we need to be training them! RDLs, good mornings and hyperextensions are my favourite ways to train my erectors for a deep back line. Not only back exercises give you this thick/3D back!! #gymtok #backworkout #fitnesstips #gymrat #upperbodyworkout
