@DFYNE dc ELIZABETH. If you do face pulls thinking your rear delts are being targeted but you actually just grow your traps, save this face pulls tutorial. Face pulls are elite for upper back detailing (back of the shoulder) and should be added to your back or shoulder workout! #reardelts #gymtok #gym #fitness #facepulls
@DFYNE dc ELIZABETH. An upper back/back of the shoulder exercise I wish I started doing sooner🤭 cable rear delt fly is amazing at isolating each side, and helps build upper back definition for that 3D back you want💙 add rear delt exercise to your back day! #reardelts #gym #gymtok #gymlife #fitness

Hip thrust machines are great, they are convenient BUT you can’t outdo the original hip thrust with a barbell. Barbell hip thrusts are the best for glute growth in my humble opinion!!!! Add hip thrusts with a barbell back in and really test your glute gains girl #glutes #gluteworkout #hipthrusts #gymrat #gymtok
Why is the hip adductor 10x harder than the hip abductor?! I see stars when on that thing #legday #gymhumour #gymrelatable #gymcomedy #gymlife
If you want to achieve a deep sculpted back line - these are the exercises I do weekly. Train your erector spinae through deadlift variations, good mornings and back extensions. These gym exercises all help me train my back to have that 3D look from all angles! #GymLife #GymTok #gymworkout #gymrat #backtraining

@DFYNE C0de ELIZABETH. Types of cable back rows and what muscles they target. To forehead (face pulls) targets rear delts. To shoulders targets more traps but also some rear delts. To waist targets lats (lat pullover). Save this so you never get confused on back day! #gymtok #gymrat #backworkout #fitnesstips #筋トレ

@DFYNE dc: ELIZABETH. Your daily gym girl reminder that training upper body or back won’t make you look manly or bulky. Training back is so rewarding! Back workout for not just a wide back can consist of: seated row, bent over row, rear delt fly or face pulls, hyperextensions and lat pulldowns which are useful even though they build width! #backworkout #gymtok #upperbodyworkout #fitnesstips #gymrat
@DFYNE dc: ‘ELIZABETH’. Exercises on back day shouldn’t be strictly focused on lats. If you only focus on lats you will build a wide back and not a 3D or thick one! Add these exercises to your back day, make sure to train erectors, rear delts and rhomboids! #backworkout #facepulls #GymTok #fitnesstips #gymrat
@DFYNE dc ELIZABETH. Hip abductions are most effective to train your upper glutes if you lean back into your seat - why are you leaning forwards? This targets glute maximus and this is null if you train glute max in other ways like hip thrusts or RDLs during the glute workout! Save this glute exercise for your next workout! #gymrat #GymTok #gluteworkout #glutes #fitnesstips

Deleted@DFYNE: DC ‘ELIZABETH’. Gym girls need to hear this if you aren’t making progress. Your genetics aren’t the reason for your lack of progress, your mindset is. Anything in possible in the gym, your physique, your attitude, your dedication. You just need to change your mindset. How badly do you want this? Gym girl motivation. Back workout. Face pulls rear delts back training back day #GymTok #facepulls #fitnesstips #zyxbca #gymrat
@DFYNE C0DE: ELIZABETH. Do your face pulls only make your traps grow and not your rear delts? Let’s fix that! There’s 2 ways to perform face pulls that can target rear delts or traps. Using your scapula will bring more traps into it! Isolate your rear delts via face pulls by not using scapula to move the weight. Keep arms high and wide! Add face pulls to your back or shoulder workout next time #gymtok #gymrat #facepulls #fitnesstips #backworkout
@DFYNE DC: ELIZABETH. If you aren’t training your rear delts, your upper back might lack definition! If you want a 3D, thick back, add rear delt focused exercises to your back or shoulder workouts. I choose between: face pulls, rear delt fly on pec deck or cables and reverse fly. #gymtok #facepulls #shoulderworkout #gymrat #gymmotivation
