- I don't know who needs to hear this, but the only thing standing between where you are and where you want to be - is you. not your circumstances. not other people. you. it’s your procrastination. your laziness. your lack of discipline. your inconsistency. your fear of failure. stop waiting for the perfect moment. stop making excuses. because you are capable. you have the potential. you have the time. but the choice is up to you - to stay the same or get out of your own way. #discipline #habits #workout

- consistency isn’t about giving your 100% every single day because let’s be real, you’re not always gonna be at 100%. but it’s about showing up no matter what - when you’re tired, unmotivated, scared, lazy .. you do it anyway. and the truth is, the days you don’t want to show up are the days that matter the most. because you’re building the discipline, resilience, and trust in yourself. so keep pushing through and moving forward to prove to yourself that you can reach the goals you promised yourself you’d achieve. 🖤 #discipline #mindset #fitnessmotivation
