thought I’d film one last morning routine video in this house before I move 🥹 the house that started it all for me tbh .. started posting my little tik toks, and then instagram, and somehow it just kept growing from there. so many memories and so much of my journey happened in this house. forever grateful for this chapter of my life. 🤍 wearing @oneractive code SIM . . #morningroutine #food #moving
a little upgrade to the way I train 🖤 @bodypark_official has been such a helpful addition to my workouts, especially when I’m training on my own. I love being able to look back at my workouts, see how I’m moving, and get feedback on things I can improve. it also has a privacy cover that I can slide over the camera whenever I’m not using it. definitely one of those tools that helps me be more intentional with my training and get more out of my workouts. check the link in my bio and use my exclusive code 10sim to save! enter 10sim at checkout to get $10 OFF! #bodypark #bodyparkatom #ad

movement doesn’t have to look one way 🤍 over the past year, the way I move my body has changed so much. I’ve learned to listen to what my body needs, let go of the pressure to always be working towards a specific physical goal, and just enjoy moving in ways that make me feel good. I still love strength training, but I also love running, pilates, yoga, playing volleyball, and just having fun with movement. and honestly, finding that balance has made me feel stronger, more confident, and so much happier in my body. there’s no right or wrong way to move your body. we get to experience movement in so many different ways, and I think that’s something really special to appreciate. #workoutsplit #workout

and the biggest changes weren’t the ones I could see. when I started truly caring about my nutrition, my body definitely changed. but the way I felt, the way I cared for myself, and the way I showed up in my life changed too. I started paying attention to ingredients, choosing more nourishing foods, cooking more of my meals at home, and becoming more intentional about what I was putting into my body. and it made me realize just how much better I could feel in every part of my life. more energy. better strength. improved recovery. and a deeper appreciation for taking care of myself. nutrition isn’t just about changing your body. it’s about giving your body the care it deserves. because taking care of yourself will always be one of the best investments you can make. 🤍 #food #nutrition #wholefoods
