“how do you always stay so motivated?” - if I’m being honest, I’m motivated like maybe 10% of the time. But I still choose to show up. I stay true to myself and my word. You will never grow if you stay in your comfort zone and only show up when you ‘feel like it’. Discipline is a form of self love, remember that. 🖤 #fitness #motivation #discipline #fitnessmotivation
one thing about me is I will only eat protein meals if it tastes GOOD and these stuffed bell peppers 10/10 🫑🍽️ 1. season bell peppers with olive oil, black pepper and salt and then bake for around 10 minutes 2. tomato based sauce - tomatoes, onions, garlic, poultry blend, asparagus, brussel sprouts, green beans 3. cook beef and season with salt, black pepper, & italian seasoning 4. mix the beef into the tomato based sauce 5. stuff your bell peppers and put them back in the oven for around 10 minutes 6. top the bell peppers with tzatziki and onions 7. sweet potatoes on the side for carbs 8. done <3 #stuffedbellpeppers #easydinnerideas #highprotein
who else is currently in their luteal phase??? REMINDER that our bodies are constantly changing throughout the day and it so normal 💛 this is everything I ate in a day + how my body fluctuates. I definitely look different when I wake up compared to how I look before I sleep. it’s important to listen to your body and it’s hunger cues - some days you’ll be hungrier than others. food is your fuel, not your enemy. be kind to yourself 🫶🏼 #whatieatinaday #wieiad #food #lutealphase #selflove #bodypositivty

what I eat in a day as a foodie who is focusing on nutritous, high protein + balanced meals 🤍 clean eating DOES NOT have to be boring!!! this was all the foods I ate on day 3 of my 30 day challenge. and I am sooooo locked in with my meals. I’m a little more strict with my eating these next few weeks - no eating out and only eating home cooked meals with a focus on whole foods + protein, no alcohol, & a gallon of water a day. so far, I’m loving all the foods I’m making and the small changes I’ve made for myself. Tbh, it’s not entirely different from before and if anything, it improved a lot. I’m prioritizing getting every meal in and I’m really focusing on putting cleaner ingredients in my body. I overall feel amazing because my meals are full of nutritious foods that are benefiting me so much in terms of energy, sleep, mood, better movement, etc. #whatieatinaday #food #foodie
