- Get that “pop” from your run with quicker steps, and the #GhostAMP from @Brooks Running for more energy in every step #BrooksPartner #LetsRunThere
- #BuildersPartner This is my favorite recovery protocol when I know I’m about to be sore tomorrow. Cool down, help fuel recovery with @BUILDERS protein bars, cycle-drain, and finish with cold therapy. Recovery is a system. Shop now to help fuel yours! 💪
- Static vs Dynamic Stretching. You can NEVER make me choose 😂 but the timing is everything. I usually start my day with static stretching… and before I’m explosive I switch to dynamic… then after get back to static.
- Arms in running!!! They are more important than you might think, and worth paying attention to when you are on your next run!
- Here’s a leg BURNING stair workout!!!! Save it for your next one! Do each exercise 2x 💪
- Men vs. Women shot putting 💥 It still baffles me how far human can throw these things, but I swear my bones can’t handle the weight of the men’s shot put!
- How to set up your start blocks for beginners for the 100m dash 💪 These are just the basics… the overall goal is to get as comfortable as you can, so start here, and adjust accordingly ❤️ How do you set your blocks up?
- Always a LeBron bandwagon since I was 11 years old and he was 17. #Philly #76ers
- Find the tips FOR YOU and your personal running form!!! Sometimes I think all these tips can be overwhelming if you try them all at once. Figure out which one you struggle with and master THAT ONE FIRST! then we can move on to the next! Which form “error” do you struggle with most???
- TENSE SHOULDERS ARE RUN RUINERS!!!!!! I should know… I used to be the QUEEN of them! Get those shoulders down, and see your times go down too! ❤️
- HOW TO STRIDE! Striding is so good for extending our covered distance, and therefore helps us decrease our times. In this video, I also teach you how to avoid over-striding while also pushing that stride length!
- With the #fifaworldcup final coming up, I thought it would be fun to take you through a tutorial of one of my agility ladder drills! Two questions: 1) Do you think you could beat me in this drill? 2) Who do you have winning the World Cup? 🇪🇸🇦🇷 ##worldcup
- #GooglePartner Goalkeeper. Defender. Midfielder. Striker. I asked @Google Search how far each player actually runs in a match - then I did all of it. Some positions hit different. Which one are you?
- Let’s talk about warming up before a run or workout, no matter the sport ⚽️🏃♀️🏀 1) warming up activated muscles, safely elevates heartrate, and primes your joints to handle the work ahead 2) warm up drills and exercises promote strength, mobility, and stability so that you are able to stay healthy and injury-free 3) you’ll be in better ”shape” doing all of this. Extra calories burned, secondary and tertiary muscle groups flexed, and overall better fitness. It matters way more than you think. Save this one cause it’s really great for your regimen! ✨
- Hurdle puzzles are so fun: Things they train: ✨mobility ✨explosive movement ✨coordination Plus it’s fun! Could you do this on your first try?
- Don’t we all LOVE a good A series??? 🤜🤛✨✨✨ This is my FAVORITE when I want to warm up quickly, I remember the first time I did it was SWEATING so much and then just sitting there like “woah… that was quick, I’m already warm”… Plus you get all the benefits of doing drills regularly- natural form, better posture, healthier running, etc. ❤️ Have you tried it?? H2T @Brooks Running #letsrunthere #brookspartner

- How to think of “KNEE DRIVE” when running. This was one of the biggest adjustments for my sprinting. Also, something to consider: Running form is the same no matter the speed, but the faster you go the more exaggerated it will be 🫶
- The heat in Cannes hit different 😂
- Remember: running is a one-legged sport ✅ Foot strike in running isn’t about what part of your foot touches the ground first- it’s about where your WEIGHT is when you are balancing on one foot.
