- Every time I teach the B-Skip, I find new ways to explain it. I hope this one helps!!! Give it a try, and tell me if it does! ❤️
- I think one of the most fun ways to strengthen and mobilize our body is through hurdle mobility 👏👏👏👏 Here’s a quick how to, and honestly, invisible hurdles at home work too!
- Here’s more information about leaning forward at the ankles! I know it can be a trickier concept to grasp, hopefully this helps! 👏🫶
- Stacking your head and looking up is key in running. Send this to a look downer or someone with a big head.
- “The ZONE”, “FLOW STATE”…. Yes I think we have all experienced it… but… can we actually MAKE IT HAPPEN???? I think so… I’ve simplified what works for me every time! ❤️❤️ #WomensSportsTikTokContest #WomenInSports
- Here’s how the Long Jumo pits get so nice and smooth in between jumps! Something to note. Competitions are like 2 hours and usually there is one raker the whole time.
- Are your glutes making you slow??? They might be, here’s how!!! Overall, my goal is to keep you healthy and make you faster, and glutes are HUGE for form and function! Save for layer so you can check in with your glutes before your next run! 🫶✨
- Which one are you? I’ve been them all at one point!
- Trying out the stairs, this time with my @Hypershell X Ultra S to kick in when I needed it! I LOVE this, I think it is such an innovative piece of tech that helps so many people. ✅ Lowers Average Heartrate by up to 42% ✅ 0.3 second response time ✅Reduces oxygen consumption by 39% I’ll have it linked in my bio if you want to learn more 🫶 #HypershellXUltraS #exoskeleton
- If you had to guess, where would my luck with the shoelace have run out had I kept going? I had no idea my shoe lace was un-tied, and good this I didn’t set any more hurdles up 🫶 well… good for me, bad for you 😂
- This is my: “I really want to get this warm up done quickly” go to warm up! I also made it cRiSpY with some ASMR 🎶 ✨Balance ✨Progressive heart rate ✨Drill practice ✨Sweaty quick Save it for later cause it’s quick and effective! ❤️❤️
- Tip 3 is the most important, FOR SURE! Have fun, you’ve got this!
- I love the drive drill, but angles when doing it is so important. ✨ When too high: we aren’t getting the ankle mobility that the drive phase really needs to strike in the position the drill is made for When too low: you have so much pressure on your upper body that you aren’t able to load the lower limbs in the way you should to maximize the drill. Find that sweet spot, and have fun, this drill is great! 👍
- When I do hurdles, I get this funny nervous energy, then after I’m like “oh that was fun”. I do that almost every rep. It’s gotten to the point where I have to trust that even the NERVES are part of the process! ✨👏 Got my SLAM with me! Huge hit of vitamins and aminos with a boost of energy too! I love it so much. - Here’s a checklist for your next run! ✅Head and Eyes Up ✅Shoulders and arms relaxed ✅Knees Up
- Men vs Women’s hurdles: what do you think… is it time to raise them??? Or are the two just completely different sports??? #WomensSportsTikTokContest #WomenInSports
- I did some speed intervals to help push my mile time, and it was really fun and so hard! @Google Health Coach gave me suggestions based on how my body is doing with the feedback from my Fitbit Air. I love it ✨ #googlepartner Subscription required. Not for medical purposes. Results and availability varies. Available on select devices. Learn more: goo.gle/4tjeRq7
- B-Skip Time!!!!! A few things: Unless it’s most of your workout, stay around 10-20m of each drill as your warm up. Focus on form, all of this is exaggerated form, and that’s what we are here to do This is supposed to be coordination, strength, form, and FUN! So don’t take yourself too seriously!
- Bonus Tip: pretend there are little lights on your knees… they are your headlights when running… make sure you can see in front of of you by facing those needs up 🔦🔦
- Let me show you one of my favorites: the fast leg drill! I am OBSESSED! Highly recommend you adding this into your rotation for drills! #WomensSportsTikTokContest #WomenInSports
- What I DONT ❌ mean and what I DO ✅ mean by “Lean forward to go faster” H2T in @Brooks Running these are the Glycerin Max 2 I get asked a lot about these shoes they are great! #brookspartner #letsrunthere
- Breaking down the A skip for people who want to improve running strength, coordination, efficiency, and time 🤜🤛
- Fun fact: I’ve also gotten personal bests and won races in every single lane. 🤷♀️ Why do I still have a preference???
- These cues make NO sense until you try them out for yourself, so save this video to check out during your next warm up or easy run and give them a shot! REMEMBER: you WANT vertical force, but without control, it’s just bouncy… and that’s wasting energy!!!
