- colourful plates only around here 🍽️💚🌮☕️ wearing @gymshark code SIM10 to save this is probably the best i’ve ever felt and it’s honestly because of the foods I’ve been putting in my body. you are what you eat. and my priorities are whole foods, good quality food, protein, meals that fuel me. I don’t feel sluggish or tired. I don’t feel bloated all the time. instead I feel energized and overall really good .. both mentally and physically. and it all comes down to how I take care of my body. 8:30 am - morning supplements: ginger shot, beef liver pills, green tea 9:00 am - greek yogurt bowl: plain greek yogurt, fruits, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, bee pollen, raisins, dark chocolate chips, brazilian nuts 9:15 am - iced honey latte 11:30 am - breakfast: 2 eggs, arugula, sweet potato’s, kiwi, kombucha, coconut water 3:00 pm - post workout protein smoothie: strawberry, banana, cottage cheese, hemp seeds, buffalo milk 7:15 pm - dinner: homemade tortilla beef tacos: beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, guac, freshly squeezed lime 8:00 pm - dessert: medjool dates stuffed with peanut butter and salt, peppermint tea, magnesium pills . . . #whatieatinaday #highprotein #mealideas

- right back into routine 🖤 wearing @gymshark new running collection 🏃🏻♀️ code SIM10 to save I love travelling and taking a break from my routine. it’s never something I feel bad about and I always come back with more energy and a fresh mindset. now getting back into routine takes time. so I break it down and focus my energy on different pillars of my routine: nutrition, cleaning, movement, groceries, recovery, etc. you don’t have to do it all at once. slow changes are okay. but at the end of the day, the most important part is that you do get back into it. taking time off doesn’t ruin your progress .. so do not give up and keep going. 🤍 #routine #reset

- the workout split I swear by 🖤 all my fits are from @womensbest code SIM to save 2 lower body, 1 upper body and 1 cardio/core. there really is no right or wrong workout split. at end of the day, do what’s best for you and your goals. follow the split you can actually commit to. maybe that’s 6 days a week. or maybe it’s 4. for me personally, i’ve been committed to 4 strength workouts a week and i’ve been loving it. i’m able to push myself, give myself enough rest and also try different forms of movement outside of lifting weights. . . #workoutsplit #fitness
