- Growing your glutes? Not without loosening those hips, come to the front girlll💕🫵🏽 Wearing @AYBL code LAYLA to save 💜 You can train your glutes as hard as you want, but if your hips are tight, you might not be getting as much out of those exercises as you think😩 Better hip mobility = better range of motion = better glute growth! So yes, your hip mobility matters toooo 🍑 If growing your glutes is the goal, don’t skip this part and save for later!

- Yes you can minimise your hip dips!🙌🏽 What made the biggest difference for me wasn’t following random workouts I found online, it was actually taking the time to sit back and learn which exercises were meant for my glute shape. If your training isn’t built around your body, you’ll keep working hard and wondering why your results aren’t working in your favour😫 Comment SHAPE if you want a plan that’s actually made for you, not just a generic one 🤍 Wearing @AYBL code LAYLA to save
- Safe to say grwm gone wrong!🤣😭
- It’s not back day without a backless fit🫦 @DFYNE code LAYLA🤍
- Struggling to last longer than 10 minutes on the stairmaster? This routines for you🫵🏽 @DFYNE code LAYLA🤍 This routine starts easy and builds gradually so you actually finished stronger instead of quitting half way through🫠 The key is to work your way up to longer times on the stairmaster, not rushing to it Save this routine & give it a go!🤍
- There was genuinely a time when I had NO idea what I was doing in the gym. I was showing up, trying different exercises and just hoping I was doing them right😭 So if you’re currently at the stage where you feel lost, you’re second guessing your form or it feels like everyone else knows exactly what they’re doing… trust me, we all start somewhere🫶🏽 You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. With time, the right guidance and consistency, you’ll look back and realise you’ve become the girl you once looked up to in the gym 🥹🤝🏽 If you’re ready to stop guessing and start training with confidence and direction, my 1:1 coaching applications are open.
