- FORM CHECK: serve the platter or upward lift. We always wanna make sure that anything in Pilates is posture focused. I always tell clients they wanna leave 1 inch taller than they came. Because of how much they are focusing on their posture and growing through their spine. When killing it’s always good to tell clients what they are working so in this case, biceps and triceps are the main focus as well as your back activation and core. Always cueing breath Follow and save for more. Let me know what you guys want to see next. 🤍ky
- PILATES OOTD — let’s go teach some classes
- Going to be my favorite daily walk <3
- My dream day, cute. Walks. Teaching mat Pilates. Teaching reformer Pilates.
- FORM CHECK: chest opener Remember we want to work time under tension. Keeping our hands at our hips to push behind us. The second we get what i like to call “zombie arms” where our hands come in front of our hip we no longer have activation. Think of the hands taking a half circle trying to touch thumbs. Follow and save for more 🤍

- NEW MOVE ! One of my favorite to end a core block. Perfect way to enter into your upper body block and finish out your core. Or even as an elevation to your seated bicep curl. Follow for me. And Try it out 🤍
- 3Show this to your agencies pls <3
- Pilates is stemmed from breath and spine alignment. But modern Pilates doesn’t emphasis breath as much as it should. Because it is high intensity low impact our clients forget to breathe because they are focused on so much more— form, strength, time under tension, push, pull, form corrections etc. in such little time Breath is there to support your body. Using it in the right ways helps keep you in movements longer and relax your nervous system. Reminder: breath is cued different at the back (pulling the tension) than at the front (moving with the spring load)
