- This was (and still is) something that I will probably always have to work on and remind myself of… Especially as an athlete, it’s so natural to feel like you always have to chase the next goal or achievement. And it can be way too easy to let your joy depend on the outcome, but I promise you that kind of joy is fleeting. Goals are great and I fully believe in aiming high and having them, but they shouldn’t be the source of your happiness. Instead, find joy in the process and struggle to get there. At the end of the day it really is about who you are, not what you do🫶🏻 Lmk in the comments if this resonates with you! #lessonsinlife #olympian #goals #athletetips #mindsettips #reminders #athletesoftiktok #mindsetmotivation
- This is 100% the hill I will die on. We have been told to fear red meat, when it’s actually a super power food💪🏻 When I started prioritizing red meat in my diet, I saw massive changes in my energy, mood and body composition. It’s packed with minerals and nutrients our bodies need and thrive on and truly has been the foundation of my diet and super power when it comes to training and competition as a professional athlete for years🥩💪🏻 Fun fact: I even go as far as to pack steak bites to eat during competitions lol Thank you @fastover40 for showing me the way! So eat more steak!! You can also comment “dose” I’ll send you my clean eating grocery/healthy swaps guide🫶🏻 #redmeat #carnivore #redmeatlover #steaklover #steak #animalbased #bodycomposition #protein
- Yes, this is a true story and yes I still have PTSD from pre season soccer fitness testing🤣 Failed it every year and we couldn’t get our gear until we passed so had two a days with one practice uniform in Texas in August. - That first photo will haunt me for the rest of my days😂 Who knew the girl who used to: • eat Taco Bell like it was her day job • drink skinny vanilla lattes were water • buy her skincare from CVS • did shots of raspberry Smirnoff on the weekends • and could barely do a push-up Would become the girl who: • now eats red meat like it’s her day job • cooks almost all her meals home • refuses to use anything with “fragrance” on the label • honestly hates alcohol • and somehow became an Olympian Life is wild 😂 I wish I could slap that girl in the face with the knowledge I know now! The girl I was 10 years ago to now wouldn’t even recognize the person I am today, can you relate?! #transformationstory #transformations #fitnessjourney #transformationjourney #healthyliving #bodytransformationjourney #professionalathlete #fitnessmotivation

- The amount of frustration I felt killing myself on the track feeling like I was doing everything right and seeing no results. I compared myself to my training partners constantly and wondered why I wasn’t as lean as them. I had no energy. I was doing extra cardio on top of full training day. I was scared to lift heavier in the weight room because I didn’t want to get even bulkier and honestly just felt so lost and confused at to what I was doing wrong. It wasn’t until I finally learned how to properly fuel, remove toxins from my body and supplement that I finally got my body (and health) to optimal performance. I was taught to eat carbs like toast and oatmeal for breakfast, wasn’t ever guided on how much protein I should be eating every day, the timing of my meals, what I should be eating and when, etc. Learning how to fuel and supplement was one of the greatest blessings in my life because it truly allowed me to become and Olympian💪🏻 Do you struggle to know how to train and fuel for optimal health/performance? Let me know in the comments, I’d love to help🫶🏻 You can also comment “dose” and I’ll send you my 4 week program and clean eating grocery guide! #bodytransformation #olympian #fitnesswomen #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #metabolichealthcoach #bodytransformations #hormones #weightloss #leanmuscle

- If you ever feel like a lost cause… please enjoy this footage of me long jumping (if you can even call it that) in 2017. 😂 Speaking from experience (clearly), that goal you’re chasing isn’t delusional—even if it feels that way sometimes. Stay disciplined. Keep going. You’re probably way closer than you think. 🫶🏻 Because if that girl in 2017 can turn into an Olympian… I’m just saying, anything’s possible. 🤣 Drop a 💪🏻 if you agree & send to someone who might be in their baby giraffe era and needs a reminder to keep going✨ #olympian #athletetraining #trusttheprocess #fitnesstransformation #athletemindset #trackandfieldlife #beforeandafters #goalchaser #womensstrengthtraining
- If you made it through that whole video of me yapping wow thank you lol and if not, here’s the cliff notes! 😅🫶🏻 Real talk - training that long with my Olympic dream determined by one track meet was fucking scary. Not gonna sugar coat it😂 But what I’ve learned through my career is that fear is inevitable. Especially when you’re chasing something big. How you respond to fear? That’s a choice. Fear will try to steal your joy. It will try to convince you you’re not enough. It will try to change how you show up for yourself. And it will rob you of the moment you’ve worked so hard for. So the real question in my opinion, is will you let it? Or will you turn towards fear and face it head on with courage, with preparation and faith in yourself. The choice is yours💪🏻 Does this resonate with you? Let me know in the comments if I should do more real talks like this🫶🏻 #fear #athletemindset #mindsetiskey #overcomingfear #mindsetshifts #adversity #overcomeyourfear
- In case you dont want to go to the gym today either lol I sure as hell didn’t feel like going to the gym today. But here’s the thing… motivation doesn’t get you results—consistency does. Training for the Olympics taught me that discipline > motivation every time. If you want to get closer to your goals, just keep showing up. Even on the hard days💪🏻🫶🏻 #fitnessmotivation #olympian #mindsetmatters #noexcuses #disciplineovermotivation #gymroutines #fitforlife #mindsetshift #athletemindset #getstronger #mentaltoughness #dailyhabits
- Endless crunches aren’t going to get you abs! Instead try these things: • Start sprinting! Sprinting engages your core and burns fat fast🏃🏼♀️ • Train core with stability exercises - exercises like bird dog row, plank, adductor side plank, etc will build deep core strength and stability • Slow it down + add weight if possible: this will help to make sure your core is engaged and working through the entire movement and adding weight is an easy way to build strength/definition • Incorporate full body explosive lifts - deadlifts, cleans, snatches, kettlebell swings, etc = functional ab work, your core has to be engaged with these movements so it’s an easy 2 for 1💪🏻 • The most important piece to getting abs is a clean diet. You really can’t out train a bad diet, I recommend cutting out grains/limiting sugar and prioritizing animal protein + fats for a shredded 6 pack! Follow for more training tips and tag a friend who needs to see this🫶🏻 You can also comment “dose” and I’ll send you my free grocery guide and link to my 4 week program incorporating sprinting and strength training inspired by my career in track and field, to get you lean and sculpted💪🏻 #corestrength #corestabilitytraining #corestability #coretraining #absaremadeinthekitchen #girlswithabs #abs #absoftiktok
