- This is a story of a girl I’m really proud of. ❤️✨ She has been knocked down a lot. And people have called her brave.. I think she’s brave too. But here’s the thing: She isn’t brave because bad things never affected her. They did. She is brave because she kept going anyway….even when she cried on her way home from EVERY PRACTICE for 10 months, she always got back up the next morning, ready to fight. If you’re hurting right now I see you… please keep showing up. WHEN things feel hopeless…. stay. Fight. Then tell your story, so people know they too are strong as heck ❤️ (Also sorry for cursing in the vid) #WomenInSports #WomensSportsTikTokContest #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters

- How do we USE our arms in running??? 1) COUNTER BALANCE 👏 our arms swing opposite of each other so that our torso is balanced and everything can stay aligned. 2) Matching swing 👍 The faster and more explosive our legs need to go, the bigger our arms must go. 3) Increasing power 💪 when your foot hits the ground, you can add more snap to your step my using the opposite arm to “bang” on a drum as the foot hits. You will get a poppy and bouncy run out of it! Coach Poole always tells me “Cheetahs run on all fours… and so should you” ✨❤️
- There were so many unnecessary journeys and treacherous roads. Oh and I swam in the sea.
- POWER BOUNDING: Let’s get into it 👏✨ Do I think everyone should do these??? YES 🙌 Do I think you need to pace yourself???? More than yes, actually…. But they are worth building up to! 🫶🫶🫶
