- ZUCCHINI LASAGNA 😍 Lasagna is Garfield’s favourite dish so I prepared this healthier version to celebrate the release of Microids “Garfield - Escape From Monday”, available from September 24th on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PC and Xbox Series! @microids 🥰 Get ready to embark on a delicious journey where you will be able to explore 3 worlds and over 40 levels! Jon, Odie and Pooky will of course be there to help so get your lasagna ready and hide the spinach… the adventure is about to begin @garfield ❤ Ingredients: -3 medium zucchini -750g ricotta -300g fresh spinach -120g grated Italian cheese -200g grated mozzarella -salt and pepper -olive oil Slice your zucchini with a potato peeler then layer them in an oven dish (30x20cm). In a food processor, mix some ricotta with spinach, 60g of grated cheese, salt and pepper until smooth. Spread a couple of tablespoons of your ricotta cream on your zucchini then cover with some grated mozzarella cheese and part of the remaining grated cheese. Repeat until you finish all the ingredients then bake your lasagna in the oven for 30 minutes (180C/360F) or until golden and crispy. Serve your lasagna with some more grated cheese on top and don’t forget to save a slice for Garfield and his friends. Buon appetito! PS: if your zucchini slices look very watery, try to cover them with salt, layer them in a colander and rest for 30 mins. Finally rinse them with some cold water to remove the excess salt, pat them dry with some paper towel, layer them in your lasagna dish and proceed with the recipe! #ad #lasagna #pasta #italianfood #italian

- EASY LEMON COOKIES 🍋😍 Ingredients: -1 lemon scraps -200g sugar -85g olive oil -280g all purpose flour -1 tsp baking powder -pinch of salt Optional: -2 eggs (or 1 egg and 60ml lemon juice) Here you have two options: if you want a shortbread version, just mix your boiled lemon with sugar, oil and flour; if you want to make some chewy lemon cookies, then add 2 eggs in the mixture (for a stronger lemon taste, replace one egg with 60ml lemon juice and thank me later) 😋 Boil our lemon scraps for 15 mins then mix them with sugar and oil (if you want to add the 2 eggs or 1 egg and 60ml lemon juice, please do it now). - #ADV @Friuli Venezia Giulia Turismo TIRAMISÙ 😍❤️🇮🇹 Tiramisù is the most famous Italian dessert in the world but did you know its origins? The recipe was created in the 1950’s by Norma Pielli, the chef of the hotel and restaurant Roma in the little town of Tolmezzo, in Friuli Venezia Giulia 😍 People used to come from all over the region to taste this special dessert made with mascarpone cheese, coffee and biscuits. Who would have ever known that this simple dessert would have become so popular all over the word? 🥰 The secret for a perfect tiramisu is to whip your egg whites and incorporate them into the mascarpone cream. Also, make sure you use cold coffee for your biscuits and always make it the day before to make your tiramisu… MAMMA MIA 🤤 Ingredients: -4 eggs -300g sugar -500g mascarpone -40 Savoiardi biscuits -300ml coffee -100g cocoa powder Separate 3 egg yolks from the whites and whisk these last ones with a pinch of salt. In another bowl, mix the 3 egg yolks with a whole egg and sugar for a couple of mins. Incorporate the mascarpone and the whipped egg whites and set aside. In the meantime dip your Savoiardi into some cold coffee and layer your tiramisu, alternating your biscuits with cream. For the best result, rest your tiramisu in the fridge over night and serve with some cocoa powder on top. Buon appetito! #iosonofriuliveneziagiulia #tiramisu #dessert #italianfood
