Angelo CoassinORANGE TRUFFLES 🍊🍫 Ingredients: -50g orange peels -50g sugar -50g cocoa powder Boil your orange peels for at least 20 mins (the more you boil them, the less bitter they will be). Drain and let them cool down. In a food processor add your boiled orange peels, sugar and cocoa powder and mix until you have a smooth mixture. Form some truffles with your hands and serve.
