- The back of my head is none of my business. And THAT’S how you emotionally regulate with ADHD.
- Let’s see if this works. If it does, you gotta get the book. Those are the rules. #adhd #adhdinwomen #emotionaldysregulation #rejectionsensitivedysphoria
- Just a reminder the inside ADHD doesn’t have an outside ADHD presentation. Especially in women, because spoiler alert, this criteria was not meant for us.
- Oh want to know the worst part? It was in regard to my book, so now I ALSO feel like they don’t feel like I’m a big enough deal to make time for and worse that they think my book isn’t a big enough deal to make time for. Writing a book about Rejection sensitive dysphoria while actively putting yourself in situations to trigger it has been pretty difficult :(
- You’re right though. Part of going to medical school and residency is the explicit understanding that you cannot age.
- All overthinkers: let me introduce you to rejection sensitive dysphoria. #adhd #adhdinwomen

- New FDA-approved ADHD option???? Centanafadine (Simtriyo) is the first FDA-approved ADHD med in a new class (NDSRI). Biggest plus? It also works on serotonin so we're actually moving towards and ADHD medication that can cover some of the emotional dysregulation side of things. We need way more data but What do you guys think? Exciting??
- If you have ADHD and the emotional part of it is the hardest for you (this book is for you). If you feel like you find conflict unbearable (this book is for you). If you get derailed by any small criticism (this book is for you). And if you want to preorder it (it’s less than a month away) you may even get it a day or so early!!
- Wait. I just did math. This was 24 hours, not even 36. I’ll tell you ADHD brains can really lean into chaos and this was a perfect example of this ❤️ #adhd #adhdinwomen
- Problems regulating your emotions (emotional dysregulation) should be part of ADHD criteria. Anyone who has ADHD can tell you that. Unless I’m wrong? Honestly tell me if this is something that you’ve experienced…
- He literally said “I’m here to make you cry.” #noahkahan #greatdividetour

- You were right. Doing this trend without ackowledging that finances are often one of the most difficult things to manage about ADHD means we gotta have a redo. What do you guys think about THIS LIST? #adhd #adhdinwomen
- What else did I miss?? #adhd #adhdinwomen
- Smooth sailing in a relationship? You must hate me. #adhd #rejectionsensitivedysphoria
