You don't just wake up perfect. I'm pretty sure we all went though or are currently in one of these phases. I think there definitely needs to be more transparency around the pruning and the growth that the Lord takes you though. It's not an easy thing to share but I'm always down to share my journey if it helps at least me person! You're not alone, we're in this walk together!! #christian
I LOVEEEEE this outfit, very fall, very cutesy. These sweats are the main character, I ow every color haha
Quickest way to lose followers: start talking about the Lord lol. This year alone, over 37,000 people chose to unfollow me. And yet the growth continues to outweigh the loss. I fully believe that what the Lord removes he's multiples — luckily, numbers don't drive me. Showcasing my life as a Christian girlie is TERRIFYING, but I continuously remind myself to walk in obedience and not fear. This is Lords platform where I'm used as a vessel. I hope it touches who it needs to
still have a ways to go, it is a JOURNEY, I think the first step however was debunking the excuses I believed and combating them with scripture. I questioned if Muslim women are fully covered EVERY workout, what's my excuse? Even In my current position of conviction, i still wear sports bras, tank tops, crop tops, and shorts, but it mainly boils down to why? Although I did like the outfits at that time, I was wearing itty bitty clothes to be seen — for attention and validation. I believe once your heart is fixed on pleasing the Lord, everything will fall into place🤍
My convictions are not gospel, l'm not telling anyone what to do. this has been something I wanted to shared for a while, regardless of what modesty looks like to anyone else, this is where I'm at. In this journey I learned two things: one, delayed obedience is still disobedience. When/if you are called to do something you can't offer sacrifices in place of obedience. Second, it's truly a journey, yes the clothes matter, but what's more important in my opinion is WHY. Was I dressing up to receive attention and validation or am I there to workout? Both can be true at the same time so ask yourself what does the Lord want from me... and move accordingly #gymmodesty #modesty
I held onto my birthday dresses because I thought they were special haha but what’s the point when they literally don’t fit anymore #weightloss #weightlossjouney
ever since moving home life has definitely been more peaceful but still busy. I’m ready to venture into living alone again
You’ll never win when it comes to pleasing people, so focus on pleasing God. #modesty #christiantok
Note to self: stay out the pool😂 #christian #christiantiktok

ANYTHING you put before the Lord is an idol. I’ve leaned very quickly that the Lord will take things away from you to remind you WHO gave it to you in the first place It’s not bad to have nice things, it’s not bad to want relationships, jobs, money or anything material, however it becomes an issue when you desire those things more than a relationship with God. We put more effort into making money than making time for the Lord. We open up social media more than we open up our Bible. ANYTHING can be an idol. Ask yourself what’s something I put before the Lord, and be honest with yourself. I caught myself beginning to idolize social media and yet again… my physique. Personally, I found that idolizing something came from wanting external validation. I cared about things that made me look accomplished. They gave me earthly value. So I pray, “Lord even if I don’t have this thing, you are already more than enough. My worth is not defined in material objects, relationships, social status or physical attributes. I chose to put you above it all. Allow me to denounce these idols immediately, In Jesus name, Amen.”
I lowkey want to throw it ALL away, and just start over. Thoughts? #closetcleanout #stylerevamp

1.Caloric deficit (high protein) 2.30-60 mins of cardio 5x a week 3. 30-45 mins of strength training 3-4x a week I remember crying to God that I was tired of my body, tired of disliking myself and he said “Talitha losing weight isn’t hard, you just don’t have discipline” when you ask God for something he’s not just going to give it to you… but opportunities to PRACTICE it. #weightloss #weightlossjourney
well… I’ve learned two things, one: no matter how hard I am on myself I HAVE made progress, and two: @GOOD AMERICAN & @American Eagle PLEASE bring these jeans back, I’m begging😩
Maybe one day I’ll learn how to cook… today is not that day😂 #weightloss #weightlossjourney
