I’VE DECIDED TO JUST GO FOR IT… (aaaggggghhh) After the incredible response to the digital Molly & Friends colouring book, I am officially bringing it to print. The printed book is available to pre-order from today, with every order being posted from 18 October, when the physical edition officially launches For this first exclusive print run, I am releasing only 100 copies at a special introductory price of just €9.99. This launch price applies to the first 100 printed copies only. I wanted to make this first edition as affordable as possible so that more children, families, schools and communities could be part of the beginning. This is not just another colouring book. Molly & Friends introduces children to a world where friends with Down syndrome, autism and other additional needs are naturally included. Children will see wheelchairs, hearing aids, communication pictures, ear defenders and sensory supports as ordinary parts of everyday life. They will see children playing, learning, communicating and having fun together, because that is what inclusion should look like. It would make a meaningful Christmas or birthday gift for any child, not only children with additional needs. It is a gentle and positive way to begin conversations about disability, friendship, kindness, understanding and belonging. It would also be a wonderful addition to schools, crèches, hotels, restaurants, children’s clubs, waiting rooms, family venues and businesses that want to show families that inclusion genuinely matters. You can order one for your own child, choose it as a thoughtful gift or purchase multiple copies for your school, organisation or business. These first 100 copies are available on a first come, first served basis. You can order as many as you would like, but once they are gone until we officially launch Comment MOLLY now to Pre-order now or click the link in my bio. All orders will be posted from 18th October. Thank you for being part of the journey Rhona x #inclusion #autism #downsyndrome #creche #disabilityawareness
“If you’re new here and wondering why I’m talking about Focus oil one minute, mushrooms the next and putting oil all over my face after that… stay with me, because I’m going to make it all make sense. I’ll show you exactly what each product is, who it’s designed for and where you might want to start.” Rhona x #autism #asd #anxiety #menopause #menopausesupport
Have you ever seen a farm like this? This is where Focus begins. Our hemp crop is grown and harvested right here in Ireland. It is then produced and bottled in Ireland too — so from the field to the finished bottle, every stage stays close to home. I could simply tell you that Focus Oil is Irish-made, but I would much rather show you. Knowing where our products come from matters. This isn’t just something written on a label — it’s a crop we can see, a process we know and a product proudly created here in Ireland. If you’re new to CBD and don’t know where to begin, comment FOCUS below and I’ll send you my free beginner’s guide. #focusbyrhonax #irishgrown #irishwellness #fromfieldtobottle #supportirishbusiness
5I’m a registered celebrant and solemniser, which means I can create and deliver your completely personalised ceremony while also legally marrying you in Ireland. New here? Let me save you the trouble of trying to figure out my niche… I don’t have one. I am the niche. I’m Rhona — a mum of three incredible children, a special needs advocate, registered wedding celebrant and solemniser, makeup artist, wellness business owner, founder of the VSP Programme and creator of Molly & Friends. But more than any title, this page is simply my life. You’ll find motherhood, inclusion, weddings, wellness, beauty, business, personal transformation, big dreams, honest conversations and the occasional situation that takes a turn nobody could have predicted. Some days are inspiring. Some are emotional. Some are absolute chaos. Usually, they’re a mixture of all three. Nothing here fits perfectly into one little social media box — because neither do I. It may be a mixed bag, but I promise you’ll never be bored. So if you’re new, you’re very welcome. Stay for whatever brought you here, and hopefully you’ll enjoy everything else that comes with it. Now tell me — what brought you to my page? #byrhonax #irishcreator #inclusionmatters #reallifestories #womeninbusinessireland
I created the book… but this was the moment Molly made it real. The second she saw the printed copy, she went straight to colouring. Then she spotted Joshua and recognised her brother immediately. She has already named one of the little friends in the book Kia, after her gorgeous friend from school whom she absolutely adores. Her little cousins were gathered around the table, all wanting a turn, and watching two-year-old Carter recognise Molly in the picture nearly finished me. It was such a tiny moment, but it meant everything. Children notice themselves. They notice the people they love. And every child deserves to open a book and feel that they belong. Thank you for every message, share and beautiful word of support yesterday. This is only the beginning of Molly & Friends, and I’m so excited to see where this journey takes us. Comment MOLLY or Pm me and I’ll send you the details. #mollyandfriends #everyonebelongs #inclusionmatters #inclusivechildrensbooks #downsyndromeawareness
YEP I'M CRYING AGAIN..but this time happy tears I thought I was launching a colouring book. I didn’t realise I was beginning a journey. A few days ago, Molly & Friends existed only as a file on my phone. Today, thanks to Jimmy from Big Print Small Print, I held the first physical copy in my hands. And yes - I cried. Because this started with one simple thought: why couldn’t I find a colouring book that looked like Molly’s world? A world with children who have Down syndrome. Children using wheelchairs, white canes, communication pictures, ear defenders and sensory supports. Children who sometimes need a quiet space. Not separated. Not treated as unusual. Simply included. Now children are colouring it. Parents are sending me photographs. Schools and preschools are using it - and this little idea is starting to feel much bigger than I ever imagined. So I’ve decided to see how far I can take it. Physical books. Schools. Crèches. Hotels. Restaurants. Family venues. Special-needs organisations. International downloads. Sponsorship. And I’m putting it out into the universe: I would absolutely love to see Molly & Friends on the Late Late Toy Show. I don’t know how I’ll achieve half of it - but I’m bringing you along for the whole journey. The downloadable version of Molly & Friends is available to buy now on my website. You can download it instantly and print it at home - just follow the link in my bio. Please also help me reach the right people. Tag a school, crèche, hotel, restaurant, family venue, special-needs organisation, business owner, sponsor and even the Toy Show - or anyone who believes that every child deserves to feel seen. Jimmy, thank you. You didn’t just print a book. You helped me hold the beginning of something that could become incredibly special. Let’s see how far one little idea inspired by Molly can go. @The Late Late Show @Late Late Toy Show @Late late toy show #inclusionmatters #downsyndrome #everybodybelongs #inclusive #autism

Here’s the hotel update you’ve all been waiting for… and I honestly wasn’t expecting to be saying this. The management of Leitrim Marina Hotel — not Booking.com — contacted me directly, sincerely apologised and accepted that the information available when I booked was not clear enough. They refunded my original €69.61 and also covered the additional €150 I had to pay for alternative accommodation. The payment has now arrived in my account. They have also offered us a package at their sister property, the Bush Hotel in Carrick-on-Shannon, which is fully staffed, so they can welcome us back and look after us properly. They have updated the homepage of the Leitrim Marina Hotel website to clearly explain that there is currently no bar or restaurant operating and that the accommodation uses self-check-in. They have also contacted Booking.com to have their listing updated, but apparently that will take at least six days. Efficient as always, Booking.com. I have said from the beginning that this was never about attacking the hotel or having an issue with self-check-in accommodation. That type of stay might suit someone perfectly. My issue was that people need to know exactly what they are booking before they pay and travel. I promised I would be just as public when things were put right as I was when they went wrong. Fair is fair: the hotel listened, apologised, compensated me and made the changes I asked for. I am genuinely very happy with the outcome. This is how a complaint should be handled. Do you think they have handled this fairly? Would you be satisfied with this result? #leitrimmarinahotel #hotelupdate #consumerexperience #bookingcom #byrhonax
This is what real inclusion looks like… and as Molly’s mam, this meant more to me than I can explain. Watching Molly meet the fabulous Katie at the Newtown Park Hotel in Wexford was one of those moments that stays with you. Katie has Down syndrome, just like Molly, and she works as part of the team at the hotel. And when you’re the parent of a child with additional needs, seeing a young woman like Katie included, valued and given the opportunity to work gives you something incredibly precious. Hope. Hope for Molly’s future. Hope that there will be opportunities for her. Hope that people will see what she CAN do, rather than making assumptions about what she can’t. Katie is mostly non-speaking, but that certainly doesn’t mean she can’t communicate. She communicates beautifully in her own way, and in the short time she has been working there, she has already taught the team so much. But there was another moment that really got me. During our meal, I noticed members of staff naturally using signs when communicating with Molly. No big fuss. No making her feel different. They were simply communicating with her in a way that worked for her. For another person that might seem like such a small thing. For a mam like me, it is HUGE. Because that’s inclusion. It isn’t putting a sign on the door saying everyone is welcome. It’s learning. It’s adapting. It’s giving people opportunities. It’s making those small changes that can have a huge impact on families like mine. And this is exactly why I created the VSP Programme. www.byrhonax.com/vsp The Newtown Park Hotel is now taking part in the programme, working with me to educate staff and look at the little changes that can make hotel experiences more accessible and welcoming for families with additional needs. Seeing Katie and Molly together reminded me exactly why this work matters. And we’re only getting started. Watch this space. www.byrhonx.com/vsp #inclusionmatters #downsyndromeawareness #vspprogramme #additionalneeds #realinclusion
My Mindset before and after changing my life and how I can change it from negative to positive So there are two versions of me. There’s the old Rhona..who I like to call Rhonnie And then there’s the new version of me who Iike to call Rich B#tch Rhona. Same woman. Same life. Same problems to deal with. VERY different energy. For years, I didn’t understand how much the place I was operating from affected everything else — the decisions I made, what I tolerated, the people I entertained and what I believed was possible for me. Now I can recognise when I’m slipping down that emotional scale. And more importantly, I know how to start getting myself back up it. That’s what I mean when you hear me talking about “Rich Bitch Mode.” It’s not about money. It’s not about pretending everything is fabulous. And it definitely isn’t about being positive 24/7. It’s the version of me who feels good, trusts herself, knows what she wants and doesn’t make big life decisions from a shitty five minutes. And yes… she has her own playlist. Want to see exactly what I mean by the Emotional Scale and work out where YOU are on it? Comment SCALE below and I’ll send you my free download. #itsmytime #mindsetshift #selfgrowth #yapchallenge
