No big deal.
Just trying to survive sore nipples, healing stitches, and figuring out this whole motherhood thing. 😂 If this is you, just know you're doing an amazing job.
One of the hardest parts of pumping isn't always the pumping itself. It's feeling like your day has to revolve around it. Staying home because it's almost time to pump. Wondering if it's worth packing everything up just to leave the house for a little while. So many new moms find themselves feeling isolated or stuck in a rut during those early postpartum months. Sometimes, a walk around the neighborhood, a little sunshine, and some fresh air can make all the difference in how your day feels. That's exactly why BabyBuddha 3.0 was designed to go wherever motherhood takes you. Your pumping schedule shouldn't keep you from getting outside, soaking up some sunshine, taking a walk with your baby, or spending time with the people you love. Take your pump. Take your baby. Go make memories. 💙 Say hello to the BabyBuddha 3.0. Launching August 1.
It's important to have all the essentials before sitting down to pump.

3The BabyBuddha 3.0 has 𝟰 𝗽𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀 and 𝟵 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀. 💙 Think of it like this: 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀 = How the pump feels. 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀 = How strong the suction is. Choose the mode that feels best for your body, then adjust the suction from Level 1 to Level 9 until it's comfortable and effective. 💜 Soft Stimulation Mode A gentle way to get started. • Our gentlest pumping mode • Designed for moms who prefer a softer start • A comfortable way to ease into your pumping session 🤍 Classic Expression Mode Designed for milk removal. • A steady pumping rhythm • Designed to help remove milk after letdown • Great for the main part of your pumping session 🩵 Double Drop Expression Mode Our newest pumping mode. • More cycles per minute than Expression Mode • Shorter, quicker pulls • Brings the Double Drop rhythm moms loved on our Wearable Pump to the BabyBuddha 3.0 with the strength of a primary portable pump 💙 Classic Stimulation Mode Designed to help encourage letdown. • Short, quick pulls followed by BabyBuddha's signature long pull • A unique pumping rhythm many moms know and love • Great for helping encourage milk flow 💙 Quick Tip There isn't one "best" mode. Every mom responds differently. Try each mode and see which one feels the most comfortable and works best for your body.
We see you mama's!
2Our award winning pump just got an upgrade. Built from real feedback and thoughtful innovation, the next generation of BabyBuddha is almost here. Over the next week, we'll be sharing everything that's new and giving you a closer look at the features, updates, and improvements we can't wait for you to see. The BabyBuddha 3.0 will be available August 1 to kick off World Breastfeeding Week. We can't wait to share more.
We heard you. 💙 Moms fell in love with the Double Drop mode on our Wearable Pump, so bringing it to our award winning primary portable pump was an easy decision. While we were at it, we also refreshed the display to make it even easier to use. Sometimes the best updates aren't about changing everything. They're about making the things you already love even better. We'll be sharing a closer look at these updates this week before the BabyBuddha 3.0 launches on August 1.
The notifications can wait. We've already restarted this conversation at least 50 times anyway. 😂 Friend time is good for the soul.
Current strategy: ☕ Coffee. 💛 Positive affirmations. 🤪 Pretending I slept more than I did. …10/10 would recommend!! Video credit: @jera.bean.in.atx
2PSA for pumping moms 🚨💸 You can use your HSA/FSA card directly on the BabyBuddha website 👏 Which means your breast pump + pumping accessories may qualify to be purchased with pre-tax dollars aka money you haven’t been taxed on yet. So what does that actually mean? 👀 HSA/FSA accounts are healthcare funds many people get through work to spend on eligible wellness + medical products — including breast pumps and pumping essentials. Because the money is pre-tax, moms typically save around 20–30% depending on their tax bracket 💳✨ So if you catch a BabyBuddha sale AND use your HSA/FSA funds? That’s basically double savings 🙌 Shop the BabyBuddha 2.0 Portable Pump, collection cups, accessories, and more using your HSA/FSA card on our website 🤍 Plus, many moms may also qualify to get their BabyBuddha breast pump through insurance! Saving money while making pumping more convenient? We love to see it 🍼✨ #babybuddha #fsa #hsa #exclusivepumping #postpartum #insurancecoveredbreastpump
2"Good enough" has never been our goal. Every BabyBuddha update starts the same way: by listening. We pay attention to your feedback, your pumping journeys, and the little things that could make a big difference. Then we get back to work. Our award winning pump is about to get better. Because innovation doesn't stop after launch day. 👀 Our littlest product tester approved the new changes. What do you think is launching on August 1?
Your morning pump isn't "better" because you're doing something differently. 💙 It's completely normal to pump the most milk in the morning. Here's why: While you sleep, your body makes more of the hormone that tells your breasts to make milk. At the same time, you're usually going several hours without nursing or pumping, so your breasts have more time to fill up. That combination often leads to your biggest pump of the day. As the day goes on, it's common to pump smaller amounts. Your baby is eating more often, you're pumping more often, and your breasts don't have as much time to refill between sessions. That doesn't mean your milk supply is dropping. It doesn't mean your pump isn't working. And it doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong. For many breastfeeding moms, this is just how milk production naturally works. So if your afternoon pump is smaller than your morning one, don't compare it to your first pump of the day. Your body isn't failing you. It's following its normal rhythm. Save this for the next time you start wondering if your supply has dropped.
2Something exciting has been happening behind the scenes... 👀 At BabyBuddha, we're always listening to your feedback and looking for new ways to support pumping moms. We can't wait to finally share what we've been working on. The countdown starts now. Launching August 1 to kick off World Breastfeeding Week. 💙 Stay tuned.

3Sometimes a little extra support goes a long way. The BabyBuddha Lactation Massager combines gentle warmth and vibration to help make pumping or nursing more comfortable. Use heat, vibration, or both together depending on what feels best for you. One of those little tools you'll be glad you tossed in your pump bag. 💙
It's okay to feel touched out. It's okay to need a break. Neither means you love them any less. 💙
This chart shows the average amount of breast milk babies drink per day. Every baby eats a little differently, but here’s a simple look at the average amount of breast milk babies drink during their first year. In the first few weeks, babies slowly increase how much they eat in a day. By about 3–6 months, most babies will plateau meaning they drink about the same amount each day, even though they grow a lot during this time. (Keep in mind your breast milk is always changing. Even if the volume stays the same, the content of your milk changes to meet your baby’s needs.) After 6 months, milk intake usually goes down a little as solids become a bigger part of their diet. 💛 This chart shows general average ranges, not exact numbers your baby must follow. 💛 Every baby is different, and their intake can change day to day. 💛 This is not medical advice. Always follow your baby’s hunger cues and talk to your pediatrician or lactation professional if you have questions. You’re doing an amazing job, mama. 🫶
morning pump before we start our day & forever thankful for products that make mom life easier 🫶🏻
The countdown officially starts now. ⏳ Something new is on the way, and we can't wait to share it with you. Stay tuned. 💙
