- The #1 best-selling foundation stick for a reason. #meritbeauty #theminimalist #complexionstick #concealer #foundation #stick #beautytok #reviews #awards #beautyreview #fyp #merit #beauty
- 4Fun fact — before it was The Minimalist, our perfecting complexion stick was actually called The Editor. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the trademark, so we pivoted. What didn’t change, however, was the inspiration behind its design. At a time when full-coverage liquid foundations were at their peak, we wanted something we could use to make small edits on the go and immediately fell in love with the simplicity of a ballpoint pen. The slim, rounded tip was perfect for getting into those little places, like around the nose and under the eyes, so it was easy to create natural-looking coverage — only where we needed it. It took three years of product development, but we like to think we nailed it. The Minimalist is now available in 30 shades at meritbeauty.com, @sephora, and @sephoracanada. #meritbeauty #theminimalist #complexionstick #concealer #foundation #stick #productdevelopment #update #newshades #beautytok #fyp #merit #beauty

- 2In addition to adding ten new shades, we've also made it easier than ever to find your match in The Minimalist. We've broken our shade range into five categories, each containing two cool, neutral, and warm undertone options. To find your shade, use the chart to select your shade category, followed by your undertone — cool undertones will have a pink, red, or bluish tone to their skin; warm undertones will have golden, yellow, or peachy tones, and neutral undertones will have a mix of warm and cool tones. Still unsure? DM us a photo of yourself in natural lighting, and a member of our team will be happy to help match you. Tomorrow — The Minimalist arrives in ten new shades at meritbeauty.com and in-store and online at @sephora and @sephoracanada. (P.S. We didn’t change any of our existing shades, so if you’ve already found your perfect match you can feel free to keep using it.) #meritbeauty #theminimalist #complexionstick #update #feedback #newshades #productdevelopment #beautytok #merit #beauty

- When we say we've created these new Minimalist shades based on your input, we mean it. Since updating The Minimalist two years ago, we've been documenting your feedback. Every time you told us you couldn't find your perfect match, we noted the shades you were wearing in other complexion products and used that data to inform our shade development process. It's taken us two years to create the shades you said you were missing, but tomorrow, we're confident you'll agree - it was well worth the wait. #meritbeauty #theminimalist #complexionstick #update #feedback #newshades #productdevelopment #beautytok #merit #beauty

- 4It's why it takes us years to develop new products and why, even years later, we continue to refine them. In 2022, we made our first update to The Minimalist based on your feedback, and since then, we've been quietly working behind the scenes on the next one. Because while the rest of the beauty industry may prioritize newness, we still believe in improving what already exists and celebrating that too. #meritbeauty #theminimalist #complexionstick #update #productdevelopment #beautytok #merit #beauty
