- One of the most satisfying meals I’ve made in a while. 👅👅Let’s make it together. Broccoli – Steam or boil 60 sec (still crisp) – Sauté with roasted garlic, garlic powder, salt Mashed Potatoes – Boil potatoes, save a little water – Blend with butter + potato water (leave 1/4 unblended for texture) – Add roasted garlic, garlic powder, LOTS of salt Chicken – Cut small, season heavy: salt, garlic, smoked paprika, lemon thyme, chipotle hot sauce, miso paste..make sure the chicken is HEAVILY seasoned – Pan-sear on medium-high – Don’t move it for the first 3 minutes to get that sear!! Flipping allowed to cook for another four minutes at this point I will usually take one off of the heat cut in half and see what the inside looks like you don’t want to look raw obviously or pink, but it should look juicy in the inside after that I just take my chicken off the heat and I allowed to sit for about three minutes. This will allow the chicken to continue cooking, but you’re not gonna overcook it and make dry chicken. Just trust the process and do not over cook just to be safe you can always throw the chicken back on after if you need but allowing it to rest for the next three minutes in the pan cause it’s so warm we’ll cook it up slowly. Miso Mushrooms – Sauté onion + garlic in butter – Add mushrooms, brown them – Add miso, tamari, chipotle hot sauce – Season with pink salt+ finish with butter this meal was seriously 10/10 go make it 😚😚

- 👅👅👅 1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth) 1 cup flour 1.5 tsp baking powder pinch of salt garlic powder Italian seasoning mix the dry ingredients first, then blend the cottage cheese separately and slowly add it in — bit by bit. Makes the dough way easier to work with (very much a trust the process moment 😂) I split the dough into 8 mini bagels, brushed them with an egg wash, sprinkled with everything but the bagel seasoning, and baked them at 350°F for 22–25 mins, until golden and cooked through. The cottage cheese makes them crispier — if you want something a little fluffier, Greek yogurt works great too! These came out crispy, salty, and super satisfying. High-protein, easy to prep, and honestly just hit. Tag me if you try them 🥯💪 Macros (per bagel if you make 8): Calories: ~72 Protein: ~5g Carbs: ~10g Fat: ~0.6g

- Juice of a clementine, half a lime, a couple pinches of Celtic salt, @canprev berry liquid magnesium, filtered water + ice. Shake it like a cocktail and sip like the glowing, energized queen you are. Because hydration isn’t just water — it’s a ritual. - She’s juicy, garlicky, crispy, buttery… and she has 42 grams of protein. She understood the assignment!🥩🤤 Red meat isn’t the enemy — it’s loaded with iron, B vitamins, and protein to keep you full, energized, and thriving. This is what real fuel looks like. I toasted some sourdough bread from the bakery, and added a small amount of avocado oil mayo, seared my steak to a perfect medium rare (comment below if we need a separate video for how to cook the perfect steak) 🥩 I added to arugula and lemon and salt on top of the toast. In a bowl, I mixed avocado, tomato, green onions, lemon, garlic powder and pink salt. I added this mixture to my toast, added my sliced steak and homemade pickled red onions. Comment below if you want more recipes like this or what kinds of recipes you need the most this summer?😍😍😍✨✨✨✨
