- food i made & packed for a long weekend at the lake house 🏡 as someone who is plant based, i neverrrr show up anywhere empty handed to make sure i have something to eat. plus, it was so nice not having to cook all weekend while still eating good! for this weekend i packed: - pasta salad - pepperoncini & dill chickpea salad (w/ bread or wraps) - yogurt bowls with berries and granola - bagels with cashew cream cheese - banana bread muffins - cold brew and creamer - snacks: chips, crackers, dessert and soda #mealprep #foodprep #easymealprep #packedlunch #packedlunchideas
- remembered our apartment has grills and was immediately inspired to make these sausage and veg kebabs 🫑 the @beyondofficial_ hot Italian sausage is so good in this dish - a perfect meaty texture, with 17g of protein per serving, and made from clean, simple plant-based ingredients (and no cholesterol and only 2g of saturated fat from avocado oil!) 🔗 in bio to find in retailers nationwide 🤌🏼 #BeyondPartner #summergrilling #summerdinner #grilling #easydinnerideas

- spend a productive lunch break with me 💫 i was feeling so overwhelmed in the morning but this reset completely turned my day around. sometimes you have to cross some smaller things off the list to be able to focus on the big things!! #lunchbreak #lunchbreakvlog #9to5 #workvlog #productiveroutine
- the sunday seven: simple tasks that help you feel grounded, recharged and set up success before you take on another week ⭐️ it’s not about doing them all, but rather about knowing what your options are and prioritizing them the way you see fit! having a routine means that i waste less time trying to figure out what to do and more time actually accomplishing things that will make the rest of my life easier the sunday seven includes: + laundry + exercise (pick your fav type of movement!) + self care (reading, hair masks, etc) + groceries + food prep (have the ingredients ready to cook with) + clean up your home + change your bedsheets #sundayseven #sundayreset #sundayroutine #sundayvlog #resetroutine

- Replying to @lil_krummy84 i thought you’d never ask! these buffalo tofu ranch wraps are one of my favorite meals of all time - pair with chips, a pickle and a soda and it truly doesn’t get any better 🌯 recipe below! buffalo tofu: break one block super firm tofu into bite sized pieces. mix with 1 tablespoon each of arrowroot flour, nutritional yeast, avocado oil and soy sauce. airfry (or bake) at 400F for 20ish mins, until crispy. when tofu is ready, add to a pan with 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (my fav is @primalkitchenfoods) and warm through. vegan ranch: measure with your heart - you can’t go wrong here! if you need a formal recipe it’s on my website 🫶🏼 but overall you just combine @foragerproject vegan yogurt with garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, pepper and pickle juice (or sub lemon juice, white vinegar, rice vinegar, etc). that’s it! the wrap: combine shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce with shredded carrot, red onion and the ranch. when ready to assemble, take your wrap (i use @josephspitabread lavash) and add a bit of the ranch to act as “glue” for the wrap. then add your cheese, if using, then the lettuce mixture and finally the tofu. roll, put back on the pan to crisp if desired, and you’re done!! enjoy ✨ #buffaloranchwrap #easylunchideas #lunchideas #wraprecipe #wraps
- it is all SO beautiful but my b00bs have failed me yet again 😭 #shopform #formactivewear #fullerbust #activewearset
- romanticizing mornings before the office for my 9 to 5 ☀️ i know it sounds a bit counterintuitive, but when i know my day is going to be especially busy & chaotic, i prioritize waking up earlier than i need to. ive realized that if i roll out of bed and immediately head into a busy day with no time to myself, those are the days that leave me feeling burnt out. so, instead i make sure i have some time to myself in the morning to do a few things i love! i know it sounds strange to give up that extra few mins of sleep, but i promise it’s worth it 🤌🏼 #morningvlog #officevlog #9to5 #timestampsvlog
- these mediterranean sweet potatoes turned out so good!! and the tomato cucumber salsa and crumbled lemony tempeh come together super quickly! i basically winged this recipe but general deets and instructions are below ✨ “recipe” + make your tomato cucumber salsa by finely dicing cucumber, tomato, red onion, cilantro and adding in olive oil, lemon juice and salt. you can also add in minced garlic, if desired! let that chill in the fridge while you prep the rest. + then crumble your tempeh into a pan over medium heat with a little olive oil (i used half a tempeh packet per serving). cover and let it steam for 5ish minutes before adding in garlic powder and oregano to taste. I then added a splash of caper juice for an extra salty flavor and a little lemon juice. + microwave your potato while the tempeh cooks. pierce it with a fork all over and then microwave for 4 minutes, flip, and do another 4. keep adding on additional minutes until completely soft + now it’s time to assemble! cut the sweet potato open and mash it, then top with your fav hummus, the tempeh, cucumber tomato salsa, and some vegan feta. done! #easydinnerideas #easydinner #sweetpotato
