avery laurenromanticizing mornings before the office for my 9 to 5 ☀️ i know it sounds a bit counterintuitive, but when i know my day is going to be especially busy & chaotic, i prioritize waking up earlier than i need to. ive realized that if i roll out of bed and immediately head into a busy day with no time to myself, those are the days that leave me feeling burnt out. so, instead i make sure i have some time to myself in the morning to do a few things i love! i know it sounds strange to give up that extra few mins of sleep, but i promise it’s worth it 🤌🏼 #morningvlog #officevlog #9to5 #timestampsvlog
