- Freezer roulette really pulled through today. 🙏 Recipe ⬇️ - 1lb frozen tortellini - 1 cup frozen spinach - 1/2 cup frozen crumbled sausage - 1/2 cup bone broth - Butter - Grated parmesan Add the frozen tortellini, spinach, sausage, and bone broth to a 12-cup Anyday Deep Dish. Cover with the lid and microwave for 4–5 minutes, until the tortellini is tender and the sausage is fully cooked. Stir in a spoonful of butter and a handful of grated cheese. Finish with a drizzle of chili oil, lemon zest, or extra cheese — whatever you like best. Link in bio for the full step-by-step recipe 🔗
- The viral Dubai chocolate everyone’s making looks delightful… until the filling spills everywhere, the slab cracks in half, and your kitchen’s a total disaster. These bonbons are the fix. 🍫💚 Recipe ⬇️ -2 cups milk or dark chocolate, melted -2 tsp coconut oil -2 cups kataifi pastry, toasted - ½ cup pistachio paste or cream -2 tsp tahini -1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted -Pinch of salt Start by melting the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave until smooth and glossy. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each cavity of the 2 Tbsp Anytime Freezer Tray, making sure to coat the sides fully. Give the tray a gentle shake to even things out, then pop it in the freezer for 2–3 minutes until the chocolate sets. While that chills, place the kataifi in a shallow Anyday dish and microwave it for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30–40 seconds, until it’s evenly golden and crisp. In a separate bowl, mix the toasted kataifi with pistachio cream, tahini, melted butter, and a pinch of salt—this ties all the flavors together. Spoon the filling into the chilled chocolate shells, then top each one with more melted chocolate. Shake the tray again to level the tops, and freeze for another 2–3 minutes until set. Store them in the fridge, or eat them all on the spot…we won’t tell.
- “Microwave-safe” is just code for “won’t melt”…not “won’t sneak microplastics into your food”. Ditch the fine print and sketchy seasoning. Make the swap to glass dishes today 🔄#Later

- The hardest part? Peeling the sweet potato. 🥞🍠 Recipe (yields 4-8 bites): - 1 small sweet potato (about 1 cup) - 1 large egg - ½ cup dairy-free milk - ½ tsp vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon - ¼ tsp baking powder - 1 tsp avocado or coconut oil - ¾ cup gluten-free oats - maple syrup Peel and chop your sweet potato into chunks, then place them in your Anyday dish. Cover with the vented lid and microwave for 3-4 minutes until the sweet potato is tender. Once cooked, add the sweet potato along with the egg, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, oil, and oats to a blender, and blend everything until you get a smooth batter. Next, lightly grease your ½ cup Anytime Freezer Tray and add about a soup spoon of batter into each cup. Microwave the tray uncovered for 45 seconds to 1 minute until the pancake bites are set. Then, cover the tray with the lid, flip it over, and the bites will easily pop out. Serve them with maple syrup, chopped nuts, fresh fruit, or your favorite toppings!
