- When I lost Kyle, my world changed in ways I never could have imagined. But even in the deepest heartache, God has continued to show me His love through the incredible people who have surrounded me, lifted us up, and carried me through days I never thought I could face. As the holidays approach, my heart is especially with the families navigating this season without someone they love. I know firsthand how heavy this time of year can feel when someone who should be there is missing. I have been blessed beyond words by the kindness, generosity, and love others have shown our family. And as I continue to navigate this journey, I feel called to take some of that love and pour it into others who may need it most. That is why I am so grateful to introduce The Widow’s Wish Project. 8 Women. 18 Families. A Legacy of Love. Through this project, we hope to honor Kyle’s legacy by bringing a little extra love, joy, and light to families who could use it this Christmas. The nomination application is officially OPEN and can be found in my bio or here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScGxVoFnrZRHLsxUVoQmVV1RSbBitcJJJNVd-ggxrlPjDYEsg/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=111042990103217357104 Nominations close November 9th. Please share this video in hopes of reaching widows across the country who need a little extra love this holiday season. “The God of all comfort… comforts us… so that we can comfort those in any trouble.” — 2 Corinthians 1:3–4

- One of the most popular questions has been, “Is Lennix planning on racing?” The answer is complicated… 😅🏁 Listen to the latest episode of @Certified Oversharer to hear the full story as I answer your submitted questions!🎙️ #certifiedoversharer #samanthabuschpodcast
- 🍌 When your kids LOVE bananas one week, so you buy a bunch… and the next week they want nothing to do with them. These pumpkin banana baked oats are an easy, protein-packed way to use up those overripe bananas instead of letting them go to waste! 🎃 Save this idea for the next time those bananas start turning brown!

- If you’re not using a bench for abs, you need to try this! 🔥 This is one of those core workouts I keep coming back to because it’s SO good. Slow, controlled movements make all the difference and trust me you’ll feel it! Save this workout now so you’re not wondering what to do for abs next time you’re at the gym! Then come back and tell me which move was the hardest! 🥵💪🏼 #abworkout #strongcore #coreworkout

- Kyle was always thinking about the little things. He was so proud to be her daddy, and it showed in a million little ways. 🤍
- You don’t need a ton of equipment to build strong, sculpted shoulders! 💪🏼 This dumbbell-only shoulder workout is one of my favorites, and trust me, you’ll be feeling the burn! Save this one for your next upper-body day! Now I want to hear from YOU! Do you prefer full workouts, individual exercises to add to your routine, or a mix of everything? Let me know below! 👇🏼 #workout #workoutroutine #dumbbellsworkout #shoulderworkout
- Went up top today to snag a pic of Brexton’s burnout from Friday night. I know Dad would be proud. Still can’t believe he wheeled it like that, he simply amazes me 🥹
- There will never be enough words to express how much Kyle meant to us or how deeply he is missed. Thank you to everyone who came together to celebrate his life and honor the incredible man he was. Seeing how many lives he touched means so much to me and the kids. 🤍

- Thank you to the NASCAR Hall of Fame for creating such a beautiful tribute to Kyle. This 2015 championship car represents so much more than a season of racing. It represents his grit, determination, and relentless drive to be the best, all while working so hard to grow our family during a year that changed our lives forever. My hope is that everyone who visits gets a glimpse of not just the incredible racer Kyle was, but the man behind the helmet. The husband, the father, the person who gave so much of himself to this sport and the people he loved. Kyle left a mark on racing that will never fade, and it means everything to see his story continue to be celebrated and his legacy live on through all of us 🤍

- I wanted to personally invite you to Kyle’s Celebration of Life on October 9th at 8 PM ET, following the truck race. I really want this to be a night where the entire NASCAR community can come together to celebrate Kyle, his life, and the legacy he leaves behind in the sport we built our lives around. It’s a chance for everyone to share memories, hear from some special speakers from within the industry, see his cars and trophies, and celebrate everything that made Kyle who he was. We’ll also have a drone show, country music, and so much more. The event is free to attend, and I would truly love to see you there. Thank you for loving Kyle and our family and for continuing to support us through all of this. 🤍
- 10Haven’t done one of these in a long time 🤍 #qanda #askmeanything
- This girl has no fear 🤣
- You guys love easy, high-protein recipes, so here’s another one for the rotation. 🙌🏼 This little sushi-inspired meal takes about 10 minutes, has plenty of protein, and is SO good. Perfect for those days when you need lunch to be quick but still want something you’ll actually look forward to eating. Save this now so the next time you’re staring in the fridge wondering what to make for lunch, you already have an answer. 😂 #lunch #lunchideas #easylunch #easymealideas #highprotein
- Mommas still got it 💪
- Trying to give my babies a childhood full of laughter, adventures and beautiful memories, even when my heart is breaking that Kyle isn’t here for them. I want them to look back one day and know that even in the hardest chapter of our lives, there was still so much love, joy and life being lived. 🤍
