If we're taking care of the skin on our face... why are we forgetting the rest of our body? As I've gotten older, I've realized healthy-looking skin doesn't stop at your neck. I've been adding the NatureWell Clinical Retinol Intense Moisture Cream to my nightly routine, and I love how hydrating and easy it is to use. If you've been thinking about adding retinol to your body care routine, this is your sign! You can find the NatureWell Clinical Retinol Cream on Amazon. @NatureWell Beauty #naturewellbeautypartner #RetinolBodyCream #BodyCareRoutine #amazonbeautyfinds
Everyone talks about lifestyle inflation like it's inevitable if you make more money. But the more I've built my career and creator business, the less interested I've become in buying things just because I can. These days, I'd rather invest in my future, save for bigger goals, and be intentional with what I bring into my life. Maybe that's what growing up actually looks like? 🤍 I’d rather have LESS, but BETTER! #MoneyMindset #WomenOver40 #LifestyleCreator #ContentCreator #CreatorBusiness
I'm becoming really intentional about the life I'm creating. Not because it has to be perfect... But because this is the home I get to wake up to every single day…and I want to LOVE it. So lately I've been making small edits that make everyday life feel a little more beautiful. This bookshelf refresh is one of them, and I'm realizing those little changes add up in the best way. Here's to editing instead of always adding. 🤍 #LifestyleCreator #ContentCreator #HomeDecor #HomeStyling #womenover40
Somewhere along the way I realized the biggest glow up wasn't a product... it was finally betting on myself. New opportunities. New job. Bigger goals. Higher standards. Turns out... betting on yourself is kinda chic. ✨ @Murad Skincare @loréal paris usa @REVLON @Neutrogena @Then I Met You @Koriderm @rhode skin @Maybelline NY @Farmacy Beauty @The Outset #LifestyleCreator #ContentCreator #WomenOver40 #IntentionalLiving #UGCCreator
I've spent so much time focusing on the big goals that I overlooked the little things I saw every single day. This bookshelf wasn't bothering anyone else... but it was bothering me. I've realized that raising your standards isn't always about landing a new job, making more money, or hitting a big milestone. Sometimes it's finally fixing the things you've been telling yourself you'll get to "someday." Because those small choices shape the life you live every day. Here's to raising our standards—one project at a time. ✨ #ThrivingAt40 #IntentionalLiving #shelfstyling #HomeDecorIdeas #lifestylecreator
If you're building a creator business while working full-time, stop waiting until everything is perfect. One of the best things you can do early on is build a professional portfolio. You don't need paid brand deals to create one—you just need to show brands what you're capable of. Save this for when you're ready to start pitching. 💻✨ #UGCCreator #CreatorBusiness #ugccreatortips #BrandDeals #ugccommunity
Two years ago, I would've never let anyone see me like this. Funny how confidence has so much less to do with how you look... and so much more to do with the woman you're becoming. Here's to thriving at 40. ✨ @loréal paris usa @Maybelline NY @Neutrogena @d'Alba Piedmont #UGCCreator #over40lifestyle #WomenOver40 #beautycreator #ThrivingAt40
If you want to make money creating content, don't make the mistake almost everyone makes... pitching brands before you've given them a reason to hire you. Before I made $18,000 in brand deals, I focused on creating the kind of content that *looked* like I was already working with brands. That social proof changed everything. This is Lesson 1 of the exact roadmap I followed. Save this one, and follow along for Lesson 2: how to build a portfolio that actually gets you hired. Love y’all! #UGCCreator #UGCTips #BrandDeals #ugcforbeginners #ugccommunity
The biggest shift in my creator business wasn't a better camera, a viral video, or even more followers... It was realizing I was measuring the wrong things. I stopped obsessing over views and started measuring consistency instead, (I’m busy, so this is always a work in progress 🤪) We ALL know you can't control the algorithm, but you can control whether you show up. Focus on becoming the creator who posts, learns, improves, and keeps going! What's one thing you're committed to showing up for this week? 👇 @Murad Skincare @Silverlake Essentials @Then I Met You @Clarins USA @acwell_usa @Farmacy Beauty @Koriderm #ContentCreator #UGCCreator #ugctips #BrandDeals #creatortips
Question 3 is a daily one 🤪 Anyone else constantly running a to do list in their mind? That’s on working full time, being a mom, and running a side business with content creation lol! The juggle is real 🫣😂 Also - my fav go to lip is the lip oil from @Neutrogena 👄 #howmymindsounds #lifestylecreator #womenover40 #workingmomlife #ugccreatorjourney
The cicadas are having a moment today 🤪 I almost talked myself out of starting because I thought I was "too old." Today I signed a $9,000 brand contract as a full time working mom. 💛 This isn't about the money—it's about reminding every woman who's been putting her dreams on hold that your experience has value. Stay consistent. Know your worth. It's not too late to build something incredible 🥹 I’m so dang proud of who I’m becoming! #thrivingat40 #Over40Creator #ContentCreator #UGCCreator #BrandDeals
If you would have told me when I started taking content creation seriously at the end of March that I’d be seeing this number today, I’d tell you you’re crazy…but here we are, and the month isn’t over yet!!! Eeeeek! 👉 Do you want a short series on my tips and tricks for landing UGC and brand partnerships? If you do, comment below! As a reminder, this is your sign to post your content! I almost didn't post this because numbers on the internet can be weird. 😅 But if one person needs proof that it's possible to build something alongside a full-time job, here it is. I contracted almost $18,000 in brand deals this month. Not because I went viral overnight—but because I kept showing up, raised my standards, and treated this like a real business. If you're building something too... keep going. 🤍 #ContentCreator #UGCCreator #BrandDeals #WomenOver40 #creatorjourney
One thing I've been learning lately is that raising your standards isn't always about doing more—sometimes it's about choosing better. I wanted this guest room to feel calm, cozy, and like a place I'd actually want to stay myself. Swapping in this bedding from @onequince completely changed the feel of the space. The quality is beautiful, the fabric is incredibly soft, and it gave the room that fresh, timeless look I was going for. If you've been thinking about refreshing your bedroom or guest room, new customers can use my code INFG-26RENEERICCIEDIT10 for 10% off your first Quince purchase (valid for new customers only). #QuincePartner #BedroomRefresh #CoastalHome #GuestBedroom #HomeDecor
Day 4 of raising my standards.✨ I realized I was holding onto clothes that didn't fit, didn't make me feel good, and belonged to a version of me I've outgrown. This isn't just a closet clean-out. It's about making room for the life I'm building. What's one thing you're finally ready to let go of? 🤍 #raisingmystandards #closetdeclutter #womenover40 #selfimprovementjourney #becomingher
Turning 40 has made me appreciate simple, intentional beauty habits that actually fit my routine. One of my favorite additions has been Obagi Nu-Cil® Eyelash Enhancing Serum. It only takes a few seconds to apply each night, making it an easy habit to stay consistent with. I've loved incorporating it into my nighttime routine and have noticed the appearance of my lashes looking healthier, fuller, and more defined over time. If you're looking for an easy addition to your nighttime routine, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. *Nu-Cil® is not intended to cause eyelash growth, nor prevent, cure, relieve, resolve, stop or reduce eyelash loss. A very small number of users have reported eye redness and itchiness, dry eyes, watering of the eyes, sensitivity, styes, inflammation of eyelid and eye, temporary darkening of skin around the eye area, hair loss and/or visible enhancement of or around or outside the application area. Stop use immediately if you experience these or other symptoms. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention. Products containing prostaglandin analogs may cause iris discoloration. These and other reactions are associated with products containing prostaglandin analogs. #ad @obagimedical #obagi #obagimedical
One thing I wasn't prepared for in my 40s? The hair shedding 🫣 It's been one of my biggest insecurities, and honestly, it took me a while to even talk about it, but if you know…you know. Lately I've been focusing on building small, consistent habits instead of looking for quick fixes, and this has become part of that routine. Has anyone else noticed changes in their hair during perimenopause? I'd love to know I'm not the only one. 🤍 @SOLARIS LABS NY #haircare #ledhat #ledhair #hairgrowth #hairessentials
I don't want a bigger closet. I want better habits. The older I get, the more I'm realizing that raising my standards isn't about spending more—it's about spending more intentionally. This is one small change that's helping me do that. What habit has saved you the most money lately? 🤍 @nuuly #raisingmystandards #womenover40 #intentionalliving #workingmomlife #moneymindsetshift
Day 2 of raising my standards. ✨ I've stopped waiting for "someday" to enjoy the things I use every single day. It doesn't have to be luxury—you should just love the life you come home to. I got called lazy for sending my laundry out. A year ago, I probably would've felt guilty. But part of raising my standards has been realizing I don't have to earn rest by doing everything myself. I'm a full-time working mom. If outsourcing one task gives me more time with my family, less stress, and more energy for the things that actually matter, that's money well spent. Raising your standards isn't always about buying nicer things. Sometimes it's simply deciding your time is valuable too. Curious… what's one thing you happily outsource or would outsource if you could? #WorkingMom #RaiseYourStandards #WorthIt #WomenOver40 #ugccreator
I've spent a lot of time waiting for life to feel different. Maybe I don't need a different life. Maybe I just need higher standards. Day 1…and I’m excited for what’s to come 🥹💕 #workingmom #womenover40 #lifeinmy40s #lifestylecreator #creatorjourney
Perimenopause has been one long lesson in realizing that the things that worked in my 20s and 30s don't necessarily work anymore. I spent a lot of time thinking I needed more discipline, when in reality my body was changing. That's what made me curious about Prolon's 5-Day Fasting Mimicking Diet. It's a science-backed program developed over 25 years of research that's clinically shown to support metabolic health, target visceral fat, and help protect lean muscle mass. As someone who's focused on healthy aging, strength, and long-term wellness, I appreciated having a structured plan that was easy to follow. Everything arrives pre-packaged and organized, making it simple to stay on track whether I'm working from home, in the office, or juggling a busy week as a mom. Menopause changes the rules, and sometimes our approach to wellness has to evolve too. @Prolon Life #ProlonPartner #FastingMimickingDiet #HealthyAging #MetabolicHealth #PerimenopauseWellness
A little life update. 💛 I'm officially unemployed... for the next few weeks before I start my new job. It wasn't a spur-of-the-moment decision—it was a reminder that it's so much easier to look for your next opportunity while you're still employed. For now, I'm soaking up this little in-between season, spending time at home, and finally tackling all the projects I've been putting off. 🏡✨ I think this new job might be one of the best parts of my 40s glow up - I’m so excited for what’s the come! @Murad Skincare @HomeGoods @Gain @Eggo #WorkingMom #CareerTok #HomeProjects #DayInMyLife #LifeUpdate
