- JUICIEST ROTISSERIE JERK CHICKEN ๐ never had a breast so moist What youโll need: -quality whole chicken (insides removed) washed and patted dry -butter -brown sugar -jerk seasoning -dry rub (I used Montreal style) -lemon zest -lemon, thyme, onion (for inside the cavity) The magic part: -mix butter, sugar, jerk seasoning and lemon zest -place clean chicken on cooking rack -using your fingers, gently loosen the skin of the chicken being careful not to rip it -spread 1/2 of the butter mixture under the skin (this is the secret to an absolutely moist chicken) -spread the other 1/2 of the mixture on top of the skin and generously sprinkle your dry rub on top. -place lemon, thyme, onion inside the cavity -bake for ~1 hour on 350 (adjust depending on size of your bird)

- What we are currently witnessing is a nation trying to pull a splinter with a bulldozer in the name of self-defence on a population that is 50% children. Countries defending Islamophobia in the name of โfreedom of speechโ (@france re:Macron & Charlie Hedbo) yet attempting to create laws imprisoning those who speak negatively of Israel The working class protesting their taxes funding this genocide while the ones who enable this ethnic cleansing evade those same taxes The world is saying stop, theyโre saying not enough.
