The slower you go, the faster you’ll get results. Do as many as you can with good and correct form…. And then add four more. 😜 quality over quantity and don’t forget to do both sides. Follow me for more dancer, workouts, and stretch stretches. ##pirouettes
Not only our dancers used to getting criticized daily, but we also are great at pivoting and thinking on our toes. 😂😜 no pun intended. #dance #dancer #trend
So much preparation goes on before a show even happen from choosing music to choreography costumes scheduling coordinating communicating, and then the preparation at the theater. I’m also a Dance Mom. so I know how much preparation goes into each student as well . Packing dance bags, extra bobby pins, tights doing the hair and the make up calming their nerves hyping them up ! I work with thousands of dancers every year. I have seen it all. Tricks don’t impress me. What actually shows skill is the stuff most people overlook: finishing a pirouette clean, knowing where your weight is, breathing with the music, and making the audience feel something. Flash fades. Technique and connection don’t. Schedule a private lesson with me or send in your video for critiques. Link in bio.
3I’ve been the bigger person for too long. I’m ready to go back in time and step into my 50 Cent era. Which shouldn’t be hard with me being an Aquarius and the middle child. ✌️ 😘 ##50cent##trending

can you guess the theme of this production? We choose quality over quantity. Doing one large production. A small group. And solos and duos. We have a large emphasis on our technique classes. As well as training in a multitude of styles. #Costumes #Design #Seamstress #Designer
We have our own language, both sign language & verbal. 😜 #dancer #language
Have you had a teacher like this? Share something they said! Teaching and classroom management takes years of experience and training to master. 🤣🫶 #dance #teacher #pointe #barre

… one extreme to the next. I hate that I inherited good work ethic. 😂 after my kids started elementary. I continued being a stay at home mom for one year. I was going bananas, not having responsibilities while they were away. My daughter loves dance and I’m extremely picky with where she was getting her dance education. I was a professional ballet dancer, so I decided we would open our own. Best decision ever. However, there is moments. I just would rather sit on the couch with a small to-do list for my family. Go shopping. Bake bread and wait for my kids to get home from school. 😂 #entrepreneur #studioowner #trend
shaking is totally normal. Our instinct is to drop our legs once we start to feel those muscles burn. I want you to push to hold it a little bit longer so you start to see progress. If it was easy, everyone could do it! #Ballet #Ballerina #Class #Dance
There is definitely a hierarchy in Ballet. It affects where you stand how you go across the floor what dressing rooms you have your pay and more. #ballet #nutcracker #professional
