A little glimpse of what it looks like to be a full-time Dance Teacher on a Saturday morning. #danceclass #teacher #vlog #dancer
I am a lover of props, visuals, analogies, demonstrating, and having the students learn in multiple different ways because dancers all learn differently. I used gaff tape for the students to be able to see their placement easily. #ballet #tips #teaching
This is the exact 3-minute warm-up I give my dancers every day before we start barre — and it makes all the difference. 💪✨ It wakes up their core, sets their posture, improves foot articulation, and preps their muscles for higher extensions and better turnout. Week after week, it helps them stay consistent and ready to dance their best. 🩰🔥 If you try it, tag me — I’d love to see you make this part of your own routine! #DanceWarmUp #BalletClass #DanceTips #DancersOfTikTok

The season just started. We have rehearsals for competition for Nutcracker school work. We are booked and busy. No time for drama. #dance #trend #kindabusy
as dancers, our first instincts are to try to make things easier and when we do often times we cheat and when we cheat it exerts more energy and doesn’t create consistent dancing always keep it simple and find props to help you correct things. I’m a lover of props watch your pirouettes transform #dance #pirouettes #tips
Have you started rehearsals yet? #dance #competition #team #trend
Dancers don’t wear cushioned athletic shoes like most other athletes do — our shoes provide very little shock absorption. That’s why a properly sprung floor is so important! It acts as our built-in shock absorber, protecting our joints, keeping our bodies healthy, and helping us dance for years to come. Just like any other piece of athletic equipment, a sprung floor needs regular maintenance to stay safe and effective. Here are a few tips: ✅ Clean daily – Dust and debris can make floors slippery and unsafe. ✅ Check for “dead spots” – Areas that feel hard or unresponsive may need repair. ✅ Keep them dry – Moisture can damage subflooring and lead to warping. ✅ Monitor screws and panels – Loose or squeaky boards should be fixed promptly. If you’re a dancer or dance parent, make sure your studio has a properly sprung floor that’s cared for regularly — your body will thank you for it! ##dancestudio##sprungfloor##marley

ha ha ha we have all felt this way at some point. Adagio is a true test of your technique. You can’t hide bad placement or posture when you’re moving that slow. Any extra steps or wiggles or a dead giveaway of improper placement. You got this!! happy dancing! #adagio #trend #runway #barre #ballet
this is a fun easy way to have a very consistent passé that’s going to help with your technique and pirouettes. A passé is a fundamental skill. Place a sticker on your knee to help visualize getting your toe against the leg in the same spot every single time. #dance #tips #pirouette

Let’s stop playing and finally get flexible. 👊 #flexible #stretches #splits #stretching #flexibility #dance
Let me try all the dance socks so you don't have to! These started out like sticky socks for Pilates, but they lost a lot of their stickiness the more I danced. I have more control since I wasn't slipping around. These would be a good option for a contemporary piece with turns and acro in the choreography! #dance #socks #review #contemporary #ballet @discountdance@BLOCH Dance
