- Skillet: 1 lb ground beef 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp minced ginger 1/2 yellow onion, diced 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar salt and pepper Pot: 1 cup beef broth 1 cup bone broth 1 cup coconut milk 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sriracha (you can absolutely do all beef broth [3 cups] if you do not want to do the bone broth or coconut milk; just make sure you have 3 cups of liquid) Toppings: green onion, sesame seeds (I always use everything but the bagel seasoning), avocado, cucumber, cilantro, lime Add beef to skillet. Brown until cooked through adding in onions halfway. Add garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stir to combine. Cook 5 min to combine flavors. In a pot, add broths, coconut milk, soy sauce and sriracha. Simmer 5 min. Serve beef and broth in a bowl with rice and optional toppings. #viralrecipe #easydinner #beefbowls #dinneridea #weeknightmeal
- #ad lime is officially having its main character moment. 🍋✨ @7UP is flipping the sip and reformulating the classic lemon-lime flavor to lime-lemon with lime taking the lead. Obviously I’m celebrating with my favorite everyday mocktail: 7UP Lime Lemon Regular or Zero Sugar + a squeeze of fresh lime + a splash of coconut creamer. Simple, creamy, refreshing, and SO good. Find the new 7UP Lime Lemon in both Regular and Zero Sugar @H-E-B 💚 #flipthesip #7UP #limelemon #HEB

- Kids’ Artwork Canvas Collage 🎨🖌️🖼️ Such a fun way to add a pop of color to your home that is filled with artwork and memories. comment SUPPLIES for a link to everything I used (it’s not a lot!) Supplies Needed: Canvas Artwork (try to use paper crafts; I attempted to use a few that were made of paper plates or thicker materials and that definitely did not work!) Mod Podge (matte sealer, glue and finish) Mod Podge (matte clear acrylic sealer) Roller and Edge Smoother (I purchased the Mod Podge brand) Foam Brushes Extra craft or scrapbook paper to fill in spots and edges •Lay out corner pieces and get a general idea of where you want certain pieces •Pick out ‘must haves’ and ‘maybes’ (the space fills up faster than you may think!) •Add thin layer or mod podge, place art, add a thin layer on top •Use roller or edge smoother to carefully remove creases and bubbles (as it dries down, a lot of the ‘unevenness’ will naturally go away) •Once you have covered your canvas completely in artwork, spray with mod podge sealer according to instructions Tips: •Less is more with the mod podge; work in thin, even coats/layers •I wanted all of the sides to be ‘full’ so I used old scrapbooking paper to help fill in white spots •BE GENTLE! Once the paper is wet with mod podge, it will become fragile. You can move once or twice before firmly pressing art in place and covering with coat of mod podge. •Everything won’t fit perfectly. Use your ‘maybes’ as background filler so that your ‘must haves’ can go on top •I worked from the corners inward to make sure I was filling all of the white canvas space #kidsart #kidsartcanvas #craftidea #homeart

- How cute are these little babies. These little caramel apple snack baskets were so fun to make! Trick. To keep apples from browning, add 1 cup water+juice of 1/2 lemon. Let soak 10 min. Dry damp apples with paper towels. The jack-o’-lantern baskets are from the Target bullseye section. Everything else is linked in my LTK! Explained EVERYTHING and that I actually was having regular BM’s (TMI). And she still lectured me for an hour that this was the magical answer. I swear.
