laurentoppeCrockpot French Dip Sandwiches -chuck roast -4 cups beef broth -1 packet onion soup mix -1 packet au jus gravy mix -provolone -hoagies Place chuck roast in crockpot. Season with salt and pepper. In a large measuring cup or bowl, mix beef broth, onion soup mix and au jus gravy packet. Pour over chuck roast. Cook on low 8-10 hrs or high 5-7 hrs. Remove beef, shred. Place on bun, top with cheese. Broil in oven 2-3 min until cheese is melted. Serve with au jus from crockpot. #crockpot #easydinner #dinnerinspo #5mindinners #crockpotrecipe
