6The shirt is more than fabric, it’s a timestamp. The same screeching skulls that made their way into the artwork now exist here in real life. ko1be worn, lived in, and documented. These pics are the quiet moment before the new noise starts. The calm before the storm, that is when the bass drops! There’s contrast happening everywhere in the frame: darkness and glow, confidence and mystery, chaos and control. The lights feel digital yet the pose remains human. The glasses, the expression, the chains, the way the shirt hangs open… ko1be is someone who isn’t trying to fit inside one image. Likewise with the sound of “dark, scary edm” “dark, scary edm” is not about being scared! It’s about daringly stepping into intensity. It takes the emotions people avoid… uncertainty, pressure, obsession, ambition, change… and births them into maticulously yet beautifully designed energy. Energy you can’t help but to move your body to. This is ko1be dancing, broadly wearing the sound he believes can change the world. The shirt is the visual, the music is the translation! There’s a symbolic trait too, using a real piece of clothing for album art rather than something other worldly and detached from reality. It says: “dark, scary edm” came from somewhere physical. Late nights. Conflicting thoughts. Serious experimentation. Real growth. I’m not trying to look safe, I’m not trying to look expected, and I’m not asking permission to be this way. and If you’ve followed since the beginning, this is one of the moments I’m connecting the dots on that. Everything has been falling into place. Same energy. New forms. And this is only the beginning. #ko1be #DarkScaryEDM #EDM #ArtistJourney #AlbumArtwork
