I’ll go first - the Skin 1004 Hyalu Cica SPF. I bought it because I got influenced and now if I get stranded on a island I’m packing it WITH me. It’s one of the best sunscreens I’ve ever used 🤭🤍 @SKIN1004 #acne #sensitiveskin #skincareroutine #productreview #skincareproducts
3I did everything “right” and my acne still got worse. 10‑step routines. Cutting dairy. The prescription kept changing but my skin didn’t. It would get a little better… then come back… and leave new marks on top of old ones. If you’ve been dealing with acne for years and you’re exhausted… this is for you. What finally helped wasn’t trying harder. It was admitting my skin was sensitive and over‑treated, not “stubborn. Besides stripping everything back to:
– a gentle 5 step routine my barrier could actually handle
– one retinoid, used properly
– SPF every morning It’s such a weird relief to realize you’re not lazy, dirty, or “bad at skincare”, you were just given routines that were never built for long‑term adult acne. If you read this and thought “that’s so me,” you’re exactly who I make content for, and your skin isn’t broken…it just needs the right plan 🤍 #acne #acneproneskin #sensitiveskin #skincareroutine #acneprone
9She did NOT need another serum. She needed a plan. Her skin was perfect before it started breaking out almost every day. She also eats clean and was super consistent with her routine.
And still, the pimples kept coming. It got so bad she had to wear concealer every single day just to feel okay. When she came to me, her question was:
"Why am I doing everything right and still breaking out?" The answer: her routine was working against her. Here's what we did:
→ I reviewed every product she was using & pulled out the bad ones
→ We made a 5 step AM/PM routine to support her barrier first, then slowly treat her acne. 10 months later, she can finally go out without makeup. If you're super consistent, eat well, and still wake up to new breakouts… it’s not a you problem. It's a system problem. Comment ROUTINE or tap the link in my bio. I'll look at YOUR products, YOUR skin, and build you a calm routine you can actually trust. No diets. No meds. No 10-step routines. #acne #acneproneskin #sensitiveskin #skincareroutine #skincare
6Yeah. I heard all of it. I used to think acne was just bad luck. Like maybe I was doing something wrong. Maybe I was "dirty." Maybe I just needed to try harder. So I did. I bought all the products. Tried every "clear skin" routine. Went to the dermatologist. Spent so much money. Nothing worked. Some days it even hurt to smile. I'd avoid mirrors and eye contact. I was convinced everyone was staring at every pimple on my face. And the more I tried to fix it? The worse it got. What I didn't know was that my skin wasn't stubborn. I was just treating it incorrectly. My routine was too harsh. And it wasn’t even made for my skin. And no one actually cared enough to look at my lifestyle & my skin & tailor something to me. It was always just: "Here, try this." The second I stopped guessing and started treating the actual root of my breakouts? Everything changed. My skin calmed down. The whiteheads stopped showing up every month. I could finally leave the house without hiding behind makeup. Now I do this for other girls 🤍 1️⃣ I look at your skin, your history, and your habits. 2️⃣ I find the exact triggers that cause your acne. 3️⃣ I build you a step-by-step routine you can actually follow. 🤍 And I adjust with you until your skin is calm and clear. If your face hurts when you smile… if you've "tried everything"… if Accutane feels like the only option left…I promise you, it's not. Read that again. 👉🏻 Here's what to do next: Comment ROUTINE or tap the link in my bio and fill out the skin quiz (takes 2 min). I'll personally review it and send you a customized routine so you're not doing this alone anymore. You don't have "bad skin." You've just never had a plan built for YOUR skin. Let's fix that 🤍 #acne #acneproneskin #acneprone #sensitiveskin #skincareroutine
Had a few really good picks this year & in 2025 so a lot of reviews are coming your way 🤍 @medicube global clay mask and succinic acid @Dr Sam's Skincare neutralizing gel roller @Amlactin 15% AHA lotion #acne #acneproneskin #skincare #productreview #acneprone
For years I believed that meds were my only option. "It's hormonal." "You just need something stronger." "Do another round of Accutane." So I did what they told me. I took the meds. I tried the "medical grade" routines. I cut foods. But the acne would always come back. My skin got more sensitive, more inflamed, and everything started to burn. The problem wasn't that I "didn't try hard enough." The problem was that no one ever fixed my barrier or my routine. No one sat down and said: your skin is sensitive and over treated so all these “acne products” are just making it worse. That your routine is fighting your skin so it can never heal properly. That you don't need more products or more meds. You need one calm plan your skin can actually handle. So if this is you & you feel stuck in the same cycle I was… You’re not broken. The system failed you. That's exactly why I created my customized routines. I review every single product you're using and tell you what to stop, what to keep, and what to add. Then I make you a 3–5 step AM/PM routine that heal acne and without ruining your barrier. Most of my clients have already done the derms, the meds, and the TikTok routines. You don't need more noise. You need one plan they can trust for the long term. So if you're done with "try this prescription and see" and ready for a simple, 5-step routine, comment ROUTINE and I'll DM you the details 🤍
God FORBID I wake up with all my acne again but if I did this is what I would do 🤍 #sensitiveskin #acne #acneproneskin #skincare #skincareroutine
I cannot tell you the amount of women I’ve met who dropped THOUSANDS on treatments & 10 step routines for their pigmentation but they don’t wear sunscreen. The sun is not your friend and it’s literally the reason why your pigmentation will not heal and will keep getting worse. Be RELIGIOUS about your sunscreen and bonus points if you can get a tinted mineral SPF 🤍 #sensitiveskin #acne #darkmarks #pigmentation

8I *panicked* when laser darkened my skin but I’m so glad I stumbled upon this method because it worked so well & I’ve tested it *twice*. Let me know if it works for you too 🤍 Oh and I don’t know if this helped but the Salt an Stone deodorant is *everything*. It’s the only deodorant that worked for me and makes me smell fresh even AFTER the gym 🤭 This is completely unsponsored by the way! #acneproneskin #skincareroutine #acne #underarm #bikiniline @haruharu wonder @Amlactin @medicube global @bywishtrend @APLB Việt Nam
She did NOT need another serum. She needed a plan. She had severe acne for over 5 YEARS. Her routine was extremely harsh on her skin and her moisturizer was breaking her out. Here’s what we did in her customized routine: 👉🏻 I researched every product she was using and built her an AM/PM plan matched to her budget 👉🏻 I gave her my exact method to healing breakouts that pop up overnight. 👉🏻 We kept tweaking her routine based on how her skin felt for 3+ months until her barrier was healthy and her acne cleared up. If you want me to do this for YOUR skin, I’m taking 20 clients this week. DM me “ROUTINE” and I’ll send you the link 🤍⬇️ #acneproneskin #skincareroutine #skincare #acne #sensitiveskin
