An acne prone person would never have invented the 10 step routine let alone preached that it cleared their skin. So if you have acne prone sensitive skin and you’re tempted to try the 10 step routine because your favorite influencer (who lets the serum dropper touch her face 💀) told you so, don’t do it 🫶🏻 #10stepskincare #10steproutine #acne #sensitiveskin #skincare
Update: I’m actually trying a new cleanser right now & I’m using a stronger 15% azelaic acid so I’ll let you know how it goes. Also, so many people have literally DEMANDED my evening skincare routine I thought I’d get pitchforks around my house so here it is sorry not sorry that the video is so chaotic I may or may not have been heavily caffeinated 🙃 Products: @anua_global bha cleanser + azelaic acid @Haruharu Wonder Indonesia soft cleansing gel + TXA serum @Dr Sam's Skincare neutralizing gel @Mario Badescu drying lotion @@differin adapalene gel + benzoyl peroxide @Purito Seoul Thailand oat in calming gel cream @BIODERMA Thailand sensibio defensive moisturizer #accutane #acne #sensitiveskin #skincare #skincareproducts

10Now before you come at me these aren’t necessarily bad products *cough*. They’re just not my pick for sensitive acne prone skin & they’re going away every time 👏🏻 Comment below if you have one of these products & how you feel when you make the switch 😉 #acne #skincare #sensitiveskin #skincarefornewbies #unitedstates

I was there when we were all trying to scrub our faces off with St Ives peach scrub and I was literally the joke of the family because you could “fry dumplings on my face” so trust me I get it 😂 Don’t use these products 💀 #oilcontrol #oilyskin #oilyskincare #oilyskintips #accutane
I laugh when people tell me that the only solution is Accutane because 3000 people later, it really is as simple as 5 products that support your barrier & heal your acne to give you the best skin of your life. And I just love proving that every day. #acne #accutane #skincare #unitedstates #skincarefornewbies
Who started this trend? I just wanna talk 💀 #acne #accutane #skincare #unitedstates #sensitiveskin
Like girl, no. I’m extremely sensitive and acne prone and I would never do any of this or let my clients do any of this so please stop 😭🫶🏻 #acne #accutane #skincare #unitedstates #skincareproducts
This is what I wish someone told me before I took Spironolactone and was pressured into taking all those other meds (which I’m so glad I refused). It can be as simple as a good skincare routine and YES even if your acne is severe or you’ve had it for years. It is POSSIBLE. I am living proof & so are the 3000 people I helped. If you want me to customize one for you too, DM me 🫶🏻 #accutane #doxycycline #adapalene #acne #sensitiveskin
Let me know if you want episode 2 and also this has happened with TOO MANY of my clients so I wanted to see if we can generalize the theory so you’re my little lab rat (or a derm can volunteer as tribute and explain to me why Epiduo is almost always a first line of treatment when it’s not working so well for sensitive acne prone skin…?) #epiduo #accutane #skincare #acne #sensitiveskin
9Anna is one of my favorites because her story motivates me to prove that you might not need Accutane. It can really be as simple as a 5 step routine and consistency to get the best skin of your life. Comment “ROUTINE” and I’ll help you do that 🫶🏻 #accutane #skincare #acne #sensitiveskin #skincarefornewbies
Stitch with @Leng’s Skin Journal ✨ Here’s how you’re gonna use them WITHOUT ruining your skin (or getting a purging horror story) ⬇️ 1. Use Adapalene 1x a week at night after cleansing. If your skin is super sensitive, moisturize, let it dry, then put Adapalene. 2. Make sure you’re wearing SPF in the morning every single day because Differin will make you more sensitive to the sun. 3. Don’t start both Adapalene and azelaic at the same time. 4. In the first 2-4 weeks of Adapalene, you’ll get more breakouts (it gets worse before it gets better) but you gotta push through it to get amazing results. 5. When you’re purging, you can get flaky, dry, get pimples, etc but you should NEVER and I mean never burn or sting. If you do, stop it immediately. 6. You can use azelaic in the morning or at night. If you have any questions drop them below and I’ll help 🫶🏻 #adapalene #azelaicacid #accutane #skincare #acne
