- One of these a week is an absolute must for us. We consider it just as important as church on Sunday. We spend 6 days of the week in the nonstop hustle of life. But one day a week no matter how hard it is to unplug we make ourselves disconnect from socials and the world and re connect as a family. It’s good to work for what you want and need but don’t forget to slow down and enjoy all that God has already given you.

- I used to do whatever I could to keep her in the cart while we shopped from my own fear of her getting into everything or not being safe but at this age I’ve found that giving her more responsibility and letting her feel like she’s helping keeps her busy, learning and having fun. I think sometimes when our children “act out” our throw tantrums it’s not always disobedience or disrespect but them trying to tell us that they can handle more than we think. We should want them to grow and show what their capable of while guiding them back when they get off track.
