Sasha Hamdani MDIs ADHD and hypermobility linked?? Research shows that individuals with ADHD are roughly four times more likely to have generalized joint hypermobility than those without ADHD. Now again that an association and not causation but I can tell you this is something I see frequently and definitely experience myself. Who else is in the bendy crew??
