strongbysimi’ve been eating this for a week now .. 🥑🍞 a high protein breakfast (45g) that actually tastes good: - cut up peppers, cilantro, onions, chilli peppers - mix in a bowl with 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese and 1/3 cup of mozzarella - season with salt and pepper - take your sourdough bread and spread your avocado - then top it with the cottage cheese dip - airfry at 200 for about 8-10 minutes - and for extra protein: make 2 eggs on the side wearing @aybl dc SIM10 #highprotein #cottagecheese #proteintips
