More than a weight loss transformation ❤️‍🩹 In the first picture I was battling anxiety, bulimia and depression. I found myself at my lowest and I knew I needed to save myself. I felt like giving up multiple times. This didn’t happen overnight, I have been on this journey for 4 years, I knew one day I could be comfortable with myself even though it’s always felt impossible. I am very proud of my weight loss transformation but I’m so so much more proud of my mental transformation.
