saltnpepperhereJapanese strawberry shortcake 🍰❤️ This style of strawberry shortcake is different from American or British versions. Rather than rich and buttery, the cake is light and fluffy. It’s a beautiful cake to make and eat. I slightly adapted @Drive Me Hungry’s recipe. It was so excellent I used it again for a mango version of this cake!
