saltnpepperherethe Michelin one had an interesting corn sabayon. But he still preferred mine and it’s because ultimately a pavlova doesn’t need overthinking to be absolutely divine - a little cream, a little fruit, maybe something nutty/crunchy (or not). that’s why I think it’s a great dessert to make yourself! and order something else for dessert 😉 the recipe makes 10 mini pavlovas. www.saltnpepperhere.com/blog/mini-pavlovas
