saltnpepperhereSave this Swedish Fika Almond Cake to make this weekend coz it is as good as it looks! Moist crumb and most addictive crunchy almond topping. I brought this to share with my friends here at the ski chalet and it was a hit. Sooo perfect with a cuppa! ☕️ Recipe from Baking with Dorie cookbook so it’s not mine to share but luckily she shared it on NYT cooking site (search “swedish almond cake dorie nyt”) #cake #fika #swedish #almondcake #recipe #dessert
