saltnpepperhere2-INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 💘 recipe in caption ⇣ Ingredients: 226g / 8 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips (not milk chocolate chips) 200 ml heavy cream or full fat coconut milk Place chocolate chips in a bowl. Heat heavy cream in a small pot until scalding (not boiling). Pour over chip. Let stand 3 minutes and stir until chocolate is fully melted and incorporated with the cream into a smooth ganache. Chill in fridge 1-2 hours or at room temperature for longer until ganache is fully set. For a DIY truffle party, do this in advance. Scoop out ~ 25g balls (about 1 tablespoon) and roll into balls.
