saltnpepperhereBaked Alaska 🩷🤎💚 I always wanted to eat the Baked Alaska at Gage & Tollner but until then, I made it myself with slight modifications, using Caroline Schiff’s recipe on @Cherry Bombe site. Most notable change is I made Italian meringue instead of French since it is the most stable of meringues and I needed it to hold up for 9 hrs.
