Gifted by Clarins | Resetting my life at 40 and @Clarins USA is part of it 🧡 Taking care of my skin, getting my glow back, and finally using products that actually support aging skin instead of fighting it. This is what firming, smoothing, radiant skin can look like when you’re consistent 🤍 👉If you want a firmer, brighter you, put a 🧡 in the comments below! #clarins #over40skincare #skincareover40 #glowingskincare #firmingskincare
Trying GLP-1 again… but this time it actually feels right. After a not-so-great experience before (constant nausea, no guidance, just guessing 😅), I was honestly hesitant to ever try it again. But working with The Aesthetic Concierge completely changed that. From full blood panel testing, to personalized meal guidance, to actually tracking my progress week by week so I don’t lose too fast or feel awful… this is the support I didn’t even know I needed. I’m not just “on a GLP-1”… I’m being guided through it. And that’s the difference. If you’ve been curious about GLP-1s but scared of the side effects or doing it alone… I get it. That was me. This experience has been completely different 🤍 If you want me to connect you with them, send me a DM! #glp1journey #glp1weightloss #midlifeglowup #wellnessjourney #weightlossafter40
If your room is in need of a refresh, start with new window treatments like these from @TWOPAGES !!! I’ve been sick the last few days, but thankfully this room only needed a few touch ups to be guest ready 🤍 #twopagescurtains #twopageshome #guestbedroom #roomrefresh #homeinteriors
Resetting my life at 40 looks like protecting my peace for one hour a week🤍 Between work, motherhood, and everything life throws at you, this weekly Pilates class has become my reset — no phone, no noise, just movement and breathing. Slowly rebuilding my health, confidence, and the calm I didn’t realize I needed. If you’re in your 40s and trying to take your life back one small habit at a time… this is your reminder to find your hour of peace too 🥰 @Banza @Alani Nutrition @Yo Mama's Foods @target @HYDROJUG @thecorelabpilates @Alex #resetwithme #pilatesroutine #womenover40 #glowupjourney #busymomworkout
1. Mixing high dollar and low dollar decor. (Estate sale couch with @HomeGoods pillows and Lee Jofa Althea pillows) 2. Choosing timeless comfort over trends. 3. Buying the good candles and actually lighting them. 4. Decorating for my taste, not what Pinterest says is in. 👉AND MOST IMPORTANTLY… 5. Redecorating ANY time I want to because I have free will 😂🤩 At 40, I’m decorating for me, my family, and peace…not for keeping up with Pinterest. #homedecorinspo #elevatedhome #traditionalhome #interiordecoratingtips #cozyhomevibes

Turning 40 made me realize I don’t want a perfect house… I want a cozy one. The fastest way I’ve found to make a home feel warm and inviting is layered lighting, textures, and a few pieces with character. It instantly changes the mood of a room. If your house feels a little cold lately, try this. Saving this as part of my Reset at 40 series while I slowly turn my home into a place that actually feels good to live in. @HomeGoods @ballarddesigns @Serena & Lily @Little Design Co. @Photowall @TWOPAGES #cozyhome #homedecortips #cozyaesthetic #homelove #warmvibes
Gifted by ISOI| Turning 40 made me realize my skin doesn’t want the same things it did in my 30s. Less radiance, more fine lines… and suddenly the products I’d always used weren’t enough. So during this whole “resetting my life at 40” era, I’ve been paying more attention to brightening, hydration, and actually using skincare consistently. This serum and wrinkle patch combo from @ISOI the prettiest packaging I’ve opened… but the glow is what keeps me using it.✨ Because if I’m resetting my life at 40, my skin is coming with me. If you’re in this same season of life, give me a follow for more ways I’m resetting my life at 40 to feel better than ever! #isoi #glowupjourney #whatkoreanuse #midlifeglowup #over40skincare
Reset at 40 — Day 4 🤍 Today was my dad’s first heavenly birthday, and I didn’t really know what the day would bring. Sometimes the best thing you can do on hard days is create a small reset in your space. Making the bed, dusting, and slowing down helped me find a little peace today. If you’re navigating grief or heavy days, gentle routines can make a bigger difference than we realize. @Heidi Carey Design @HomeGoods @Dyson USA @Serena & Lily @ballarddesigns @Hill House @Tuckernuck #resetat40 #midlifeglowup #bedroomreset #resetroutine #intentionalliving
No one prepares you for the things you get excited about at 40… For me apparently it's battery operated sconces from @HomeGoods 🫣😂🩷 But honestly? No wiring, classic brass, soft lighting, and suddenly my house feels elevated. My midlife reset might include Pilates and skincare… but it also includes timeless home upgrades now🥰 #homegoodshaul #homegoodsfinds #homedecorideas #timelessdecor #traditionalhome
Part of my midlife reset at 40 has been creating a home that actually supports the life I’m building. Suddenly it’s all about timeless home decor, beautiful textures, and finding pieces that make everyday life feel a little more elevated. I stopped by the new @Homesense location and if you love home decor finds and designer-looking pieces for less, this store is dangerously good 🤩 Sometimes the reset at 40 glow up starts at home. Following along for more of my reset at 40 — beauty, wellness, and intentional living. 👉Oh! And if you come across another 11x16 gold bamboo frame please send it my way bc I need one more 😂🩷 #homesensefinds #midlifereset #homesense #homedecorfinds #intentionalhome
Resetting my life at 40 has taught me something I didn’t expect… ✨accountability matters more than motivation.✨ Apparently my Pilates routine was being held together by my workout partner — and when she went out of town, so did my consistency 🤣 Midlife wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly… it’s about building habits that actually stick…and it doesn’t necessarily happen over night! So…let’s not beat ourselves up for missing one class and instead reminder ourselves tomorrow is a new day! 👉If you’re also trying to rebuild routines, your health, and your life in your 40s — you’re in the right place, and I’m SO happy you’re here! @BUILT.BAR @target @HYDROJUG #midlifereset #midlifeglowup #resetwithme #midlifewellness #wellnessafter40
Gifted by Saturday Skin | Glass skin without the greasy makeup meltdown. ✨ I’ve been layering hydration lately (hello skin flooding), and this new Yuzu Vitamin C Essence Mist from @Saturday Skin gives that glazed, dewy skin finish while also helping makeup sit smoother. The jelly-to-essence mist feels so refreshing and leaves the prettiest glow — perfect for priming makeup, refreshing your skin during the day, or adding that glass-skin finish. If you love hydrated, luminous, healthy-looking skin, this one is worth trying. 🍋✨ #saturdayskin #kbeauty #dewyskinmakeup #glazedskin #skincareover40
One thing I’ve learned the older I get is that it’s not the “name” or price tag that makes a piece “good enough.” It’s how you style it all together to tell your own story. My home is curated and collected with a mix of old and new pieces…some designer, but mostly affordable finds from @HomeGoods , estate sales, and Facebook marketplace. It’s warm, it’s classic, and it’s a home that I’m SO proud to raise my daughter in. If you love affordable home decor and classic home style, you’re in the right place! I hope you’ll stick around 🥰 #homegoods #affordablehomedecor #classichome #estatesalefinds #homeinteriors
Getting my life back at 40 means creating small routines that make life feel calmer and more manageable. One habit that has changed my weekends completely is doing a quick home reset before the weekend. A simple Wednesday or Thursday reset routine helps me clean, tidy, and reset the house so I can actually relax instead of spending my entire weekend catching up. If you’re trying to get your life together, stay organized, and keep your home clean during a busy week, this routine makes a huge difference. Give me a follow if this resonates with your current season in life! @Heidi Carey Design @Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day @HomeGoods @Dyson USA @TWOPAGES @Little Design Co. #weeklyreset #homeresetroutine #cleaningmotivation #gettingmylifebackat40 #over40lifestyle
Gifted by Clarins If you’re building a skincare routine and want glowing skin FAST, don’t skip a good serum. @Clarins USA Double Serum uses a water + oil bi-phase formula with plant extracts to help improve firmness, smooth fine lines, and boost radiance while supporting the skin barrier. Glowing skin at 40+ is all about hydration, consistency, and formulas that actually work. ✨ This is why this serum will always be at the top of my list for my midlife glowup! 👉Comment GLOW if you’re ready for glowing skin! #clarins #skincareover40 #midlifeglowup #skincarefavorites #skincaremusthaves
It’s funny how your taste in things and style changes over time isn’t it? Give me discounted designer fabrics and silver trays all day long! #antiquehaul #antiqueshopping #secondhandhome #classichomedecor #traditionalstyle
#AD No one talks about how your hair changes in your 40s. It’s not about dramatic transformations for me — it’s about density, strength, and supporting my hair from the root so it looks fuller and healthier over time. Adding the New Neutrogena Hair Restore Advanced Growth Support Serum into my routine has been one of those quiet upgrades that makes a difference….I’m tired of my hair shedding, (and I’m sure my husband is too🫣😂)! Taking care of yourself at this age? It’s not optional. It’s intentional 🤍 @Neutrogena @Amazon #hairrestore #amazonfinds #hairglowup #beautyover40
Quite possibly one of my best estate sale finds to date 😍💙 A custom skirted armchair with the prettiest Waverly designer fabric 🫣 A blue and white lovers dream! She even swivels and rocks 🥹 THIS is why you don’t sleep on estate sales! This vintage chair is just an absolute dream…Let me know if you love her as much as me in the comments, and follow for more classic home inspo🤍 #estatesalehaul #estatesalefind #secondhandfinds #vintagefurniture #vintagefind
Welcome to my mostly secondhand/thrifted cozy living room that I love SO much! A life lesson I wish I knew before my 40’s (actually more like my 30’s) … BUY SECONDHAND and only splurge when you are just obsessed 🤩 My home has so much more character and charm these days. A lot of trial and error, patience, and love has gone into this space. It’s a collection of Facebook marketplace finds, estate sale scores, and a few new pieces added in from @HomeGoods that keeps it balanced with a good mix of old and new. This is how you add warmth and charm 🥰 #homegoods #estatesalehaul #secondhandhome #traditionalhome #interiordecoratingtips
Bathroom refresh featuring this incredible vintage wooden corner shelf from Facebook marketplace! It adds SO much more character to the space, and now I can enjoy styling all of the shelves 🥰 A few additional upgrades I think will perfectly finish the space: 1) a bathtub caddy 2) Roman shade on the window 3) a battery operated wall sconce or two on the wall 4) monogrammed hand towels One thing I’ve learned as I’ve gotten older is that decorating takes time, and slow decorating is key in creating spaces with charm! What do yall think of my latest find?! 🤩 @potterybarn @HomeGoods #vintagefinds #fbmarketplacefinds #fbmarketplace #classichome #traditionalhome
Getting my life back at 40 has looked like a lot of small, quiet upgrades. Not dramatic. Not overnight. Just choosing things that make me feel more like myself again. This robe is one of those things. It makes slow mornings feel natural. Coffee tastes better. I move differently. I linger longer. I used to think these kinds of things were extra. Now I realize they’re part of becoming her. The version of me I’m stepping into doesn’t rush her mornings anymore. @Heidi Carey Design @Eileen West #romanticizingyourlife #lifeinmy40s #timelessstyle #sleepware #slowliving
You don’t need a perfect plan to start building a better life. You just need to keep going when things don’t go as planned. Teaching yourself to cook is one of the fastest ways to change your habits, your confidence, and your routine. Even when your healthy dinner falls apart, you learn to adapt instead of quit. This is what getting your life back looks like in real time. Small decisions. Imperfect action. Becoming someone new one habit at a time. Teaching myself to cook at 40 might be the best thing I’ve done for myself….even if not every meal turns out just right 🫣🥰 @Caraway Home #learningtocook #glowupjourney #healthyhabits #cookingathome #midlifeglowup
Nobody talks about how humbling it is to start again. Four days later and I could barely walk… but this is how you rebuild a life you love. Getting my life back at 40 isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up again. Follow along if you’re rebuilding too!!! @thecorelabpilates @Old Navy #gettingmylifeback #thisisyoursign #glowupjourney #40somethingmom #becomingher
