Here’s what you need: 1 package Pillsbury Big Cookies Blueberry Crumble Cookie Dough 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Lemon Bars Mix 3 eggs 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup butter, diced 1 1/2 cups blueberries Steps: 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Press the cookie dough into the base of the pan to form a crust. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together the lemon bar filling mix, eggs, and water. Pour the filling into the pan and bake for 15 minutes. 3. In a small bowl, use your fingers to rub the butter into the lemon bar crust mix to form a crumble. 4. Sprinkle the blueberries and then the crumble on top of the partially-baked bars. 5. Bake for 12 to 17 minutes until the filling and topping are just set and starting to brown. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
