- You asked, we answered! Retinol vs. Retinal what's the real difference? If you're currently using a standard retinol, here is the science behind why you should make the switch for an optimal anti-ageing routine. The Retinol Process: Standard retinol requires two separate conversions within the skin to transform into retinoic acid (the active form of Vitamin A). Because of these extra steps, it takes a lot longer to see visible changes in fine lines and wrinkles. The Retinal Advantage: Our next-generation retinal (Retinaldehyde) only requires one single conversion to become active in the skin. This means it works 11x faster than standard retinol - rapidly smoothing texture, targeting wrinkles, and revealing a brighter, younger-looking complexion without compromising the skin barrier. Got a question about retinal? Drop it in the comments. #Retinal #Retinol #VitaminA #AntiAgeing #AntiAgeingSkincare
