Stop making your own toner pads. It’s all over my fyp and it makes no sense. Your toner was safety tested in its own bottle with its own lid. An open jar of damp cotton wool with your fingers in it every night is not that. That’s where bacteria grows. You can buy sealed, properly preserved exfoliating toner pads in @bootsuk for around eight pounds. Or just put your toner on a cotton pad like you already do.
