liv jordanGirl to girl, this is how I lost 30lbs & became unrecognizable: 1. I stopped guessing if I was in a calorie deficit. I calculated my macros, tracked consistently + adjusted based on progress. 2. I stopped starting workouts from memory. I tracked my weights + reps so I always knew what I needed to beat. 3. I followed an 8–12 rep range and only increased weight once I could hit 12 with good form + control. 4. I had exercise swaps that trained the same movement pattern instead of randomly replacing exercises. 5. I adjusted portions to hit my macros. Protein low = more protein. Carbs low = rice/oats/fruit. Fats high = less oils, PB or sauces. 6. I gave myself a minimum + maximum step goal: 10–12k daily instead of 5k one day and 20k the next. 7. I divided my 130g protein goal between my meals instead of trying to catch up at the end of the day. 8. I stopped doing random cardio. I used Zone 2 at 60–70% of my max HR with a set type, duration + frequency. 9. I stopped changing my plan after one bad day. I went right back to my normal routine the next day. 10. I stopped making 20 decisions a day. My workouts, progression, macros + cardio were already planned—I just followed it. ✨ YOUR 6-WEEK LOCK IN STARTS HERE.
