liv jordanI didn’t just change my body… I changed my entire life ✨ It started with losing weight and finding confidence, but the gym became so much more than that for me. It gave me structure, discipline, and something to show up for every single day. It became my routine, my outlet, and the place I slowly built a version of me I actually trust. Over time, it turned into something deeper. A passion, a purpose, and a life that feels aligned with who I am. And you girls have been there through all of it 🥹💗 Watching me grow, supporting me, and being a part of this journey means everything to me. If you feel stuck right now, don’t give up on yourself. This can become so much more than you think. The Sculpt Method starts Monday April 27 🩰✨ 6 weeks to build routine, stay consistent, and feel your best for summer. 🔗 in bio to join! @DFYNE @PEScience code LIV #fitnessjourney #gymmotivation #fatloss #dreamlife #gymtips
