liv jordanIf I had to lose the 30 lbs all over again & keep it off, here’s exactly what I’d focus on: Wearing @DFYNE code LIV 🎀 — signature wide leg joggers ‘ink’ (size S) launching thurs March 19 1. Get into a calorie deficit, but don’t make it miserable. You need to be eating less than your body burns, but not starving yourself, cutting everything out, or trying to survive on nothing. 2. Hit your protein and build your meals around whole foods. Protein keeps you full, helps you keep your muscle, and makes the whole process feel way easier. I’d keep it simple with meals I actually enjoy and can repeat. 3. Lift with intention 3-5 times a week. I’d follow a structured strength training split, focus on form, progressive overload, and actually train with intent. 4. Walk more than you think you need to. Literally one of the most underrated things for fat loss. More steps, more daily movement, and staying active outside the gym makes such a difference. 5. Stop the all-or-nothing mindset. You do not need to be perfect to see results. One meal out, one off day, one weekend, none of that ruins your progress. What matters is getting back on track and staying consistent. 6. Keep your routine realistic. The reason I was able to change my body was because I stopped doing things I couldn’t maintain. I focused on habits I could actually stick to. 7. Be patient and let it compound. My results did not happen overnight. It was the small things adding up over time. The girls who see the best results are the ones who stick to it long enough to let it work. If you want me to help you do this step by step… this is exactly what I coach my girls through inside my app 💕📲 your workouts, your macros, your routine … all built for you! 🔗 in bio to start your 3-day free trial!! #fatloss #gymtips #gymmotivation #caloriedeficit #howtolosefat
