liv jordanI won’t lie, the last few weeks were some of the hardest I’ve had in a while. Throughout April: ⬇️ – I barely went to the gym (maybe 5 times total) – Didn’t really track or make smart choices around food – Traveled most of the month with little to no lifting or cardio – Felt bloated, off, and honestly discouraged When I came home, I felt lost. I was I nflamed and disconnected from the version of me I worked so hard to become. As a coach, it was embarrassing. I felt like I let go of everything I preach about balance and consistency. But this past month reminded me that you don’t lose everything when you fall off. You just have to return to the basics and do them consistently. Here’s what I did: ⬇️ – Started tracking again (without being obsessive) – Entered a calorie deficit and cleaned up my meals – Strength trained and did cardio 4–5x a week – Hit 10k steps, drank 64oz of water, and prioritized 6–8 hours of sleep I realized I was probably holding a lot of water from the travel, food, stress, and being out of routine. I likely went over maintenance more than I thought, and it all caught up fast - which is why I felt so uncomfortable. It wasn’t just the scale, it was how off I felt in my skin. Muscle memory is real and so is showing up, even when it’s hard. It reminded me of the girl who started this journey 4 years ago, just trying to find herself. Now I have all of you here, and instead of hiding, I used that as motivation 🫂🥹 to show that falling off happens, even to me. But I got back up. You’re not starting over. You’re starting again, stronger. You’re not alone 💕 ✨For your own custom workout & nutrition plan, join me on my app!
